Haha same! They keep telling me their supplier is in hospital. And when ever i ask about a time frame they just say SORRY FOR THE DELAY. O_o they also take up to 40 mins to reply... still waiting on the product to be delivered... has any one had a good experience with these guys?

This is a scam you pay then they will not give you the right gold you want and they will keep saying the supplier is offline we will contact you as soon the supplier is online. Then they will request you to cancel the complaints first then they will give the gold, if you complain using paypal, but actually they will repeat what they said after doing it. I think they are scammers truly.

I had brought imvu credits from them and when i contact customer service the person had told me to lie and say someone had brought imvu credits for my account so i can get my account back i asked them to pay for my account to get unbanned cause its there fault i didn't even know buying imvu credits from them would get my account back now i owe imvu 260 dollars which i don't have

I ordered from them 30,000,000 of gold to Europe Vindictus English Version, the 'worker told me that the gold was available immediately, then after payment apologizes, saying that their supplier was off, and that would have given the gold as soon as would connesso. Sono 3 days now and no trace of gold, they keep saying that their supplier and 'off, and that in their country and' national holiday, and that their supplier is resting. I hope that PayPal will be able to make me get my money... is not for the 14 € but because it is right that the crooks are still free to cheat other people and no one stop them...

First experience was not half bad, good were delivered in about an hour. Second time however was an absolute nightmare, the woman in the help chat was absolutely useless and kept me hanging on for hours only to tell me the supplier wasn't going to come online.

Don't you think if you're supplier is offline then maybe you shouldn't be spamming my in game chat with ads at that time? Well what do you expect from a bunch of crafty savages. I will be putting in a dispute with paypal tomorrow.

*update* It's now been more than 24 hours and they still don't know when the delivery will happen (if at all)

Supplier keep offline

They promised that they will deliver it fast after you purchase. After 3-4 time live chat they always said Supplier keep offline after he come onlines, he post the gold. Well i don't how long will he online, maybe after 100 of years. Even if i ask them when he online they always say the same thing like botting always do. After a few days i still didn't get my item and i ask them to refund and they seem to avoid it and keep say they will confirm deliver it. I had to make paypal dispute and they help me to refund.

I thought 2017 they will change because all those bad review and nope they still didn't change.

I hate these aholes who try to do business just to steal money from honest consumers.
I bet they even steal gold from honest gold sellers just to give to some people and pretend it's theirs lol
I first asked if they had gold in stock and they responded, "definitely go ahead and order now"
I bought gold and had to go through the entire process of providing my personal information. Asking my age... who does that? Even more they asked me to email them information and pictures.
Obviously you can't ask for a refund, even if you do, they won't refund you. I had to go file an unauthorized purchase through my credit card, like hell I'm gonna give these scammers my money.

I ordered about 250+ USD worth of gold before reading the reviews on this site. I got quite scared after doing so as I thought that I would not receive my order. However, I am pleasantly surprised to say that I did in fact receive my order. It took longer than the advertised 8-24Hours (Got the gold after 48 hours) which did not help with my anxiety after not receiving my order in that timeframe, but I did end up getting it nonetheless. I am giving a 3-Star review because they fulfilled my order, but they lied when they said there was stock available for my gold and it took longer than I would have liked. They aren't necessarily out to steal your money and leave you with nothing as they do deliver eventually, it is just that they lie about having stock so that you buy from them which I must say isn't very ethical.

Sry for that. But the manager is not here, but u cn get all of ur gold, we hope u can wait some more time, we will cpntact u when ur order ready.
And the still say that they need more time omg a buch of scammers is what they are! Never never buy in this site people

My wife paid for some in game gold was promised the fast delivery bla bla bla. Got told meet her soon and 8 days later. Still waiting and arguing with whichever automated name they link u up with... i decided to take the legal road in discussion with the operator i had and i guess she got bored hearing the legal jibberish i was posting and responded with. Wait for it... crying emoticons... i guess i shouldnt have expected anything less from them, i have a screenshot of the whole conversation... only lost freddy knows where we go from this point :/

STAY AWAY! This site is the worst. They gave me part of my order then never completed it. I was a dumb $#*! and closed my dispute with them with paypal because the person said he had the gold ready to deliver now only if you close dispute. He also promised he would deliver as soon as the dispute is closed. So if you have a dispute open with this site DO NOT CLOSE IT!.

I made my purchase I contact customer service half of the time I was talking to a robot I asked for my chips over six hours after I bought them I give up they keep telling me this supplier is not available so if you have customer service 365 days a year 24/7 life chat support by you don't have a supplier? Wtf they took over 24hr to give me my chips when I receive my cheeps they did not fully give me what I bought customer service say to me it's OK like that you need to understand that we are not charging taxes so because I do not pay taxes I'm not supposed to get my full amount of Chips I buy I keep asking to speak to a manager because I pay full price for what are you guys ask it took over 24 hours and I did not get my full amount They tell me I don't need to speak to a manager no need so if somebody is reading this I have a phone number from this company I would love to have it because I want my money back thank you!

Tried to purchase 30M gold in C9, but never got anything. I have used this site once before, back in 2012 and that time I got my gold without any problems. I think these guys have ran out of goods, but still continue to sell them. I waited for 3 days, talking in the live chat with them, but I always got the answer ''Supplier is offline, we will notify you in your email once he is available.''
Never got any email. So I went once again in the live chat and asked for the supplier to give me my goods, but he was still ''offline''. So I said I will create a dispute via PayPal, and if they refuse to refund my money I will be in contact with FBI. Took under 1 minute and they sent my money back to my PayPal.
My advice is, ask them before you purchase anything that do they have your items in stock, AND ALWAYS USE PAYPAL to pay your goods. Otherwise they will scam your money. And my other suggestion is that never buy anything from them with over 20$.

Never buying from them again. Had a good first couple of orders that were delivered in a matter of minutes, but this time when i ordered, it was always the same thing: "Our supplier is offline and not available for delivery, can you plz come back and check later?". That was over a span of 5 days, every single time I went back to check on my order, those exact words. Just recently i went back and asked again and it turns out the price went up and it cut down what I originally paid to 25% its worth. I went on to ask for a refund and the guy said that he wasn't authorized to do so. I agreed the the amount that was given to me at the time, and he said the supplier was offline again. I had enough of their bull$#*! so I opened up a claim through PayPal. Moral of the story: Don't buy from these guys.

No stars for this site. I bought twice from them and got my gold, then the legitimate game site I was playing on said that MMOOK did a chargeback and I was required to pay $150.00 to get my account back and they also told me MMOOK was a fraudulent site so I paid the $150.00 to get my account back then MMOOK hacked back into my account and stole the $150.00 I paid directly to the game site and now my account is blocked again. MMOOK is indeed a pirate company and they will steal your money any way they can. So far I have lost over $260.00 to MMOOK and nothing to show for it except my extreme anger over what they have done to me. I am afraid to try and re-open my legitimate game account for fear of what they will do next to steal from me. They are very good at what they do if you value your money you will stay away from them. These people will take your last dime if they can.

STAY AWAY! I bought some gold for a game that I enjoy playing, never got the gold as they kept hitting me with the "Supplier is offline" after about 4 days I started to get worried so I googled them (Wish I had done that before!) when I read all these comments I asked for my money back, which of course they refused. I have just started a dispute on Paypal and they are now saying that they have my order ready and will give it to me just as soon as I close the dispute, I am not going to do that as I know it is all lies.

I will probably have to take this further into a claim, which is making me now screenshot all the conversations I have had with them from the point of making the dispute!

They will hit you with the "supplier offline" crap they hit everyone with. This means they have nothing to give you and is just waiting on something to appear. Their chat will straight up lie to you and tell you they have stock to take your money. If you are lucky they actually have stock, if not then you are in for a long wait.

If you start a dispute with paypal NEVER close it untill you get a refund no matter what they tell you.

Their live chat cant give you refunds, add their manager on skype.
Collect ALOT of evidence, record all chats and messages.
Be persistant, and they will refund you. Dont buy into their "supplier offline" crap.

The worst experience ever. I payed f via PayPal and they say they don't accept PayPal but I had a confirmation from pay pal that they received it. Then, they asked me for another payment via WesternUninon just to have a refund. Opened a dispute with pay pal and got my money back in a few hrs. STRONGLY recommend not using this "company", but if you want to chance it; pay with a CC or pay pal so you have a chance to get your money back are they screw you.
