I think the unit will more than meet my needs in the future, and is a very well thought out package. However, the price seems high for any mister system, but time will tell if it is a good bargain. I believe so, but am reserving judgement until I actually have an opportunity to use the unit.
I had difficulties navigating your web site looking for products. Item numbers to match extra parts lists. Example: 3/8 misting tee that I could order as extra to expand system. I could not find additional outside of the kit. Thanks.
I love your product. Your staff has been helpful with my questions and your mist ring on the front of my fan is great. I had a problem with how much you charged me for postage. It was more than my order. REALLY. If I could buy your product with Amazon prime I would be a very happy camper.

I received the product in a very timely fashion and was able to install it (a 45' misting system) in just about 45 minutes. It works great so far, a very fine mist and minimum dripping from the nozzles. I am using a filter I bought at the same time, which will hopefully be worth it.
The system felt less solid than I expected. But once I was installing it, it seemed sound and the tees that hold the nozzles are designed in a good way for adjusting, and they feel solid when you do.
So far so good!
Great product. Reduced the temp in my pool more than 10 degrees in about 48 hours.
Pros - price, easy to put together & install, no additional cost for power or water
Cons - have to get in the pool to install/remove, skimmers are not as effective if you have all the jets working with the misters
Overall this product is an A+. We live in VA with high humidity & this products works quite well. We looked into a heat pump for the pool - over $*K. I spent less than $***.** for two of these & a nice cool 60 degree night came & knocked the temp down overnight. The kids enjoy going through the streams as well.
I recently ordered some replacement misters for our misting system. They arrived in good time and the order was filled accurately. The only complaint I have is that the price seemed a bit steep - $4 per mister.
This product is great for those hot summer days. I use mine mostly on the golf course. The misting action of this device makes it so much better than regular handheld fans. I highly recommend this product.
I'm excited to try the misters...we live in Fla and are having a birthday party outside and just know they will do the trick to keep everyone a little coooooool. Also had great customer shopping experience!
When I received my misters, there were a number of them that did not work. I followed the recommended process and still had some issues with about 1/3 of the misters. I contacted support and they sent me replacement misters right away.
This is a terrible product! My comments above summarize my dissatisfaction!

I would like to say that I have had many experiences online with Mistcooling but the truth is; that my home system has performed very well, with few problems. I just need to replace some small parts (nozzles) from time to time and they are a bargain for the price and the length of service provided. All of few online experiences with Mistcooling's site have been fast, friendly and efficient.
Complete rookie with this stuff, but the guy on the phone led me thru it. I did it on my own at first, ordered the wrong size, and he figured out what I needed and made the return/exchange/reorder process a lot easier than I expected. All is well!
I was skeptical at first because it seemed too simple. My community wanted me to buy a $4500 pool chiller, probably needed two units. I am glad I invested $100 and bought these misters. They cooled our Texas pool from 96 degrees down to 82. We are very pleased!
Great system overall my only complaints 1500psi pump is louder than I anticipated and plastic tubing from pump vibrating was also an issue and misting tips had 6 out of 20 that were defective but they sent me 6 more.
Have used this product for years on residential AC. Paddle assembly should be bolted together instead of staked to make repairs much easier than prying unit apart. I have had two paddles break over past several years. Noted in kit I received (which I bought to have spares of all parts) that the paddle design doesn't appear to have changed. Mold should be changed to provide a thicker stronger section in the neck area of paddle. Other than breakage issue, product works as advertised and definitely reduces AC cycle time here in hot humid South Carolina. Squirrels, lizards or some other critters occasionally like to chew on the water feed tubing requiring a splice. So watch for leaks in feed line.
I installed and am using the mister. It's just right for my needs. I'll be returning the in-line water filter because it requires more advanced installation, and, being a single senior woman I'm not feeling like it's something I want to tackle. I need more valve caps, since the mister actually provides more "mist" than I actually need!
The mistcooling system works great. They are easy to install and will drops the water temperature by about 10 degrees in 24 hours. Our pool water stays a nice 72 degrees during the hottest months in Texas.
You can hunt all over the Internet for what you need and then keep hunting for the price you want to pay. Alternately, you can shop at mist cooling and get it all in one stop. I've made several orders here, and had zero issues with quality, selection, or price. In regards to price, good luck finding tree's and T's of this quality at a better price anywhere.
