I needed to replace some of the line for my misting system after 8 years! I was able to find it easily on miscolling.com where I had made my original purchase. I places the order and within 2 days it was here! Everything is back up and working like a charm! Thanks so much for making it easy.
AVOID. Absolutely terrible quality products and terrible quality customer service. Bought 12 replacement misting nozzles from this company and hand tightened them on the fans and three of them snapped off, nine were fine. Would not replace or refund me for the three at all. Instead blamed me for them snapping off. Mind you I bought an entire system from them, a complete initial set of nozzles, a second set for larger flow and then some replacements. Been a customer for years. No longer. All over three faulty nozzles probable costing them no more than $5 to replace but they cost me over $15 with shipping. Rude guy named Christian was the person in charge of customer service. AVOID MISTCOOLING.
Mist cooling is great. My order was processed very quickly. However I have not yet received my order because UPS is just terrible. So bad that if this is the only shipping option available I may hesitate buying from them again.
We were able to cool our pool 12° in two nights. We ran the pool like normal during the day then ran the pool with these at night. I was amazed. 94° to 82°. My wife said it was to cold and got out. Lol. It's been 100°-102° air temp all week. I run two at a time and have the third as a back up.
This is my second system from mistcooling. I bought the 1 gpm oil system and I could not be happier. First system was too small for my deck and will be moved to a gazebo. It is so much nicer to walk outside at 100 degrees and the deck is 75 to 80. Big hit with the family. It increased my living space in the summer months to include our deck and we spend a ton more time out there. Buy mistcooling and your getting the best product and support available!
I have installed two 1500 PSI systems and continue to add features. The products are excellent, the website is great to order from and the shipping is fast. Tried the new.004 nozzles and these are amazing especially at dusk when a area can get a little damp with.006 nozzles.

I ordered 4 misting nozzles from this site around December. Items sat in shipping package until June when I finally broke them out for the summer. First trial, NONE of them worked. I had ordered the anti drip nozzles which require a minimum pressure of 70 psi. I attached a gauge while the masters were attached and got a reading of just over 100 psi. Pressure wasn't the issue. Emailed support and was told since it was outside of return period there was nothing they could do. I understand being outside of return period, fine, fair enough. But for all 4 nozzles to fail to function. There is no excuse for that at all. Sold me trash and hid behind return policy. Gave two stars instead of one because atleast they responded to me email.

Pictures and detail could be improved on, but didn't prevent me from completing my order. The shipping was ridiculously quick, a day after I ordered I had called in to find something out, by this time the package was already getting shipped.
Making changes to order requires everything to be re-entered. Annoying. Prices reasonable. Don't bother with the online chat because you have to go through it all again with another person. Came fast but I paid for that.
I've purchase several B-series nozzles over that last few years from the mistcooling website, and I've nothing negative to say. It was click, click, click, submit. A couple days later, I've got them in my hand. Simple. Reliable.
So far, so good...will see if product continues to work well...I sent this mister to my son in Chico, Ca...average summer temp is 90 to 100 degrees...he said they are great!It is being used on the outdoor patio.
Fantastic product, works very well in the Texas Sun. Cooled my pool by 8 degrees during the day! Another 6 degrees that night. Easy to install, great price! Could not be happier and would recommend the pool mist cooling system to anyone.
The product installation was simple and fast. Performance has been great so far. I only installed the sprayers two days ago so haven't really had time to check the temperature change. The appearance makes the pool area look more custom than before.

I had difficulties navigating your web site looking for products. Item numbers to match extra parts lists. Example: 3/8 misting tee that I could order as extra to expand system. I could not find additional outside of the kit. Thanks.
I love your product. Your staff has been helpful with my questions and your mist ring on the front of my fan is great. I had a problem with how much you charged me for postage. It was more than my order. REALLY. If I could buy your product with Amazon prime I would be a very happy camper.
I guess you make your way over the top shipping charges a main part of you profit center.
