Their return policy is a lie. I purchased $600 in dresses from them and requested a return within the 14 day period. The package was shipped back and because the carrier made the package arrive later than 14 days, they had the audacity to issue me a gift card instead of refunding my credit card and basically just saying tough luck.
This is 100% unacceptable and I have an active dispute open with my credit card company to get this charge reversed. Do not waste your time trying to order dresses through this site.

Terrible Cheap Quality

I purchased a 2 piece set from them.
There was 1 piece of rhinestone string around the waist for you to tie. I was wondering why the string felt sticky when I touched it.
Turns out the gems were glued on...but not properly and were sliding off. Very poor quality.
The material was also very thin.

I messaged customer service and they were unresponsive for over a week.
Only to say because it was a clearance item it cannot be returned or issue a refund for the damage either.

Their sales method will deceive you into not getting your money back. They do not give refund, and you will have to pay shipping if you return items, even if it is not your mistake!

The size they post on their website is incorrect, it doesn't match with American sizes! Your complain will be ignored and treat unfairly! I keep asking for my refund because it isn't my fault, but they ignored me.

They don't have a phone number, or live person you can talk to. I would never buy from this company ever again!

First off this company's sizes are not accurate. Some run smaller than others and they'll give the impression that returns are a simple process but when it comes to returning a product, they have a 14-day rule that you have to ship back etc. However, they will not respond to you for return instructions or respond vaguely until it's past 14 days and you can no longer return. They have good customer service until it regards a return and suddenly they lost all their brain cells. If it doesn't fill you're screwed.

I saw a dress on Erica Mena's Instagram and she tagged Miss Circle; it was so pretty that I went to check out the website and fell in love with everything! I ordered one dress and it was amazing, very good quality fabric, perfect fit, and it arrived on time! Amazing shopping experience. Everything better than expected.

Amazing

I ordered 4 dresses from here and wow! One did not fit well and the customer service tram handled it immediately and took care of it. I am so grateful for them being so kind and quick with finding solutions that worked for both of us. Highly recommend shopping here and I plan to get at least 10 other dresses from them. They style is a 10, the quality is a 10 and the customer service is a 10!

Terrible customer service! I purchased a few items 3 weeks ago and received a tracking number indicating that the items were in transit but never received items. When I called to inquire about my order I was nonchalantly told that the items I ordered were out of stock and that the company tried to call me to advise but they never refunded me my money. Terrible.

Rip-off

I have shopped with them twice. 1st time was excellent cause everything fitted perfectly. 2nd time my dress had to be shipped back due to not fitting right. I requested to just refund it and everything fell within the guidelines of 14 day, not a sales item, no damages. I noticed that once I contacted them to let them know that I would be returning it they weren't as friendly from when I was initially placing the order. I even started getting harassing emails before the item even made it back to them. When the item did arrive they only issued a gift card and I question them on why I didn't receive my funds and they tried telling me that the item had stains on it when returned. This Item was only pulled out of box for a couple minutes and then placed right back in with no stains. This place doesn't take too kindly when you request a refund! Please be careful cause I personally will never order from them again.

The products are good the customer service to do exchanges is horrible, They sent me the wrong color hoodies and clearly have my money and wont answer any messages via, webpage chat, text messages, facebook, or anywhere that you can possibly try to reach out to them. Only when you make a big enough fuss would they act like they will do something but at the end they will avoid you and do their best to not do the exchange or refund your money.

Worst experience ever! Do not shop here ever!

April 13th, I purchased 2 dresses via next day mail. I attempted to return both dresses to their Soho store on Saturday, April 15th and was told one dress was missing a second tag and I had to contact customer service for approval to return otherwise they'd lose their jobs. I attempted to return both dresses in the same manner I received them and am being penalized for Miss Circle's error. Turns out there's only an email for customer service. One salesperson said customer svce close at 3:30pm on Saturdays. The other salesperson said they're closed on weekends. Steer clear from this company. They are preying on customers.

Never gave me my money

They lost my dress and said they couldn't give me my Money back Only a credit: they never told me my dress was lost: I ordered with them Jan 23 and they responded Jan 28, I kept asking where was my dress and finally somebody wrote back but it was an automatic system saying my dress was lost. So they are not responsible. That's so wrong: please don't ever shop with them: they are disgusted

Don't do it, it's a ripoff site from China. They get a mailbox address in the US, slap on an American name, then start shipping out sweatshop clothing. Save yourself the headache and buy local. In the long run you will get better quality for less money. Here there are extreme shipping charges and usually unmentioned duty and tax charges.

Visted Showroom

I was shopping in the area (Soho, NYC) and decided to visit their showroom. The room doesn't have everything that they have available on the website, but it's still a big collection! Also, the sample sale price is much cheaper than the price online. I will definitely come here to shop in person instead of ordering from them online.
(PS all their stuff was rlly good material and they were nice about me trying on a million and one dresses lol)

Fast service

My best friends bachelorette party was this past Friday and the wednesday before I was still looking for a perfect.
I found miss circle online and saw it said 2-3 days shopping in a lot of dresses, but I called the office to make sure it wasn't scam.
I spoke to JP on phone and he made sure i got my dress within 2 days!
I told him my situation and he made sure I got it on time. This was great customer service.
Also I love the dress

I order a dress size XL (12-14). My size is 10-12 i order even one size bigger but this dress it wont fit to size 8. There is no return lable it seems i have to pay out of pocket to return.
