We bought three outfits and found that material was of poor quality. We retuned item few weeks ago and they have not given our money back! We will not buy from them again...

Cheating/fraud..

These people show somthin and send u somthin else which is not even 1% to what you see and do all the drama when u ask for refund. U speand a 100 dhs for dress and then a 200 dhs for courier charges and customs. And still i have no news about ur refund. Disgusting pppl. Never ever order from them. Big time cheatinggg.
I see manynof them have aimilar problems. We need to take legal action against these people. First lets spread the wordm

It is worst company

Do not buy anything from mirraw. When i wanted to nuy saree that time they confirmed me dilivery date 25th oct. But so i bought saree for diwali calibration and now they told me they send me on 28th. So i want to cancel my order they said it is not possible as wll as they don't send me on 25th October. They don't reliable..

I placed an order one month back. We still haven't received it. We have tried calling you many times- get automated response that you will call back. No one calls. I have sent multiple emails. Get automated response saying you will respond in 48 hours. No response for the past one month! And now I get another automated email from your team saying you are closing the case, and "Hope I am satisfied with your service" REALLY?! WHAT DO YOU THINK?

I sent a private message to Mirraw on FB, not wanting to parade your dirty laundry in public and give you a chance to explain yourselves. You said you will send me the updated status, no response again. Now I have completely lost my patience with you. I am posting on every possible forum - Whatever it takes for your royal highness to respond!

Honestly, no matter how lovely your products are, if this is how you treat your customers and their money, I guarantee you wont sustain. At the least, if your company had been responsive to queries and not have a "fake automated customer service" where no one responds, we would have felt reassured that you are working on the order and we can see light of day at some point. This just seems like robbery under the garb of an online business.

PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY and I will make sure never to order from you EVER AGAIN.

My guess going by your company's values is that I will not receive a response from you for this message either, because that's how you roll!

I loved the pc...

I loved the pc... just that i thought the dupatta is made of cloth and same color as in pic... but its net and little dull in color...

Otherwise its beautiful... yet to stitch

Very cheap material

It seemed cheap but the material was so cheap that i had to throw away $50 salwar. The customer service was worst. They never responded. It was total waste of money.

WORST ONLINE SITE

Never ever trust these Liars. What they show you and what you get is totally different. In spite of giving the measurement, my dress doesnt fit and the dress looks as if it is bought from some roadside vendors. Everything is fake. "PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT TRUST THESE GUYS" STAY AWAY

Worst experience with mirraw.com and their customer service, as per the guidelines, I cancelled one of my product from my order within 24 hours of placing the order, via the phone call. I was told the order is going to be cancelled and the return transaction email will be sent to me within 5 to 7 business days, even after 10 days i haven't received any transaction email, so again i called the service to ensure if the product is been cancelled or not, surprisingly it wasn't cancelled, so i tried cancelling the product as the product wasn't sent for stitching yet and i was told the same thing that to wait for 5 to 7 business days for the transaction receipt. But next day as per tracking all the products are sent for stitching, i tried emailing them, but the only answer i could get is sorry it went for stitching, now we cannot cancel this particular product. Apart from that, I bought some products from buy 1 get 4 offer, of which one of the product gets cancelled automatically. But no one cared to follow up with the customer.
I don't recommend buying anything from mirraw.com

Mirraw attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Mirraw is all Bull$#*!. The photos they show on the website is not what you get when the clothes arrive. The cheapest quality crap you can ever get is what they send.

If you are in the mindset of buying a dress with mirraw, make sure you order it online and send them an email to remind that you have paid for your product, else, you will never get your product. Only after you send an email, mirraw.com will send your product for stitching or for delivery. They just test your patience and check if you really need the product you ordered. Else, it's like you are giving donation to mirraw.com. When you contact the customer service, they will reply you only once. If you send a reply to that, you won't get a response. And when you call and talk to them, they will tell you that they haven't received any email. With all these complications, I am not sure if you will get your product in perfect condition. This is not some random person's experience. This is my personal experience with mirraw.com. So, get ready to be annoyed for getting a beautiful outfit! Cheers!

Want a discount of 10% on your purchase? Then, mirraw.com is the best place to get it. But, how will you get it? You will have to wait for 4 weeks to get your product. You might wonder that the website will say 8 - 12 days, but that is only for the semi-stitched dress. You will have to send an email to let them know that you will need your product, Then, they will send it for stitching. It will take 2-5 days for stitching. Then, you will get your product, with a 10% discount, or they will give you a coupon for your next purchase? I would like to know if anyone will be taking up a second purchase, when you have to follow up so much?

Very cheap product

Wish I could check all reviews before I replaced my order. You all are right this company is cheater I also order 3 things which ways cheap then pictures showing on website. And thing is I already did return things befor 48 hours but still I didn't received any answer back, hope I get my money back
Never buy India online I think everything India online are cheap and they don't know how to do business and it's not like they have less prices for all this dress materials.
Stupidity
But I know some one who can help me cuz I have all contact and I m gonna get my money back or they have to close this business ASAP
