Worst company.
I have had a bad experience with mirraw. Very poor business and I would not recommend this business to anyone. Poor customer service. I place my order in June 06 and their estimated shipping was in July. I waited until the end of August but didn't get my order. I emailed and called them so many times but the only thing that I heard from them was "sorry for the inconvenience, please allow us 48 to 72 hours and we will let you know about your order." They said same thing over two months. I request them to refund my money back, they refused before but finally agreed to refund my money back, but I haven't got it yet. I was not satisfied with my previous purchase too, bad quality and the item wasn't as shown in the picture. Be Aware everyone, don't waste your time and money.
Products price dramatically & inappropriately increased within a few days. Still cheating mentioning there is price reduction for those products ongoing.
It's my first hand experience. I got multiple products on my basket, one product was £73 said there is 25% reduction but after only few days it is £118 & still showing there is 25% price reductions! Always shows inappropriate base line price! This is the example for at least 10 items I took into basket. It is extremely cheating with customers.
I cannot give them even single star.the company does not reply to emails or phone calls. 48 hours after they issue automated ticket nothing happens. I am going to try my credit card company to get my money back. 100 percent money back guarantee, they do not know the meaning,
Gorgeous kaftan I love it! The only minor issue is the length was just a tad shorter than I would've liked. I wanted my high heals to be covered just a bit but it's no big deal, just personal preference. The beading on the dress is beyond beautiful I was mesmerized when I opened the package! I bought a saree for Aus $520. The saree finally arrived but it was not the quality as advertised. When I tried to return it they said that the return postage would cost as much as the Saree. I insisted on returning it and received confirmation of delivery as per their instructions. This was over a month ago and they keep saying they have not been able to trace the returned goods. Their website boasts of easy return policy and quality of product etc.
They are a misleading and deceptive company and will strongly recommend no one buys anything from this company. Thanks to Amex, I got my money back but many others have not. Their website must be brought down and the operation shut down.
I bought this black outfit its lovely patterns are great, but the velvet is not what I expected it ah bit stiff in material. But hey for the price I pay I cant go wrong I will still wear this as well thank you.
I ordered 3 sarees and received only one saree. Every time you get an useless email about customer service tickets. I would rate this negative. I sent Saree for my mom's birthday and these people ruined it.

The total amount is keep changing without any reason.
We try to pay the bill but the total changing from $193 to $164. Not sure which one to accept. Then only 1 item available. Finally got a message to say it was blocked. The released for payment.
Fake delivery numbers and the general run around; total scam. I ordered a grey waistcoat and Yodel were meant to deliver it; lot of claims it had been deliver but nothing. Changed to a 24/7 address but nothing. A month later no offer or interest in helping.
I am quite satisfied with the item, the size I ordered was true match and it fitted me perfectly. Already got so many compliments and I did recommend everyone that buy it from MIRRAW. Looking forward ton shop more as my wife also wants to try some outfits from your site.
This company gets many negative rewievs, but I don't regret taking the risk. My experience with them was exemplary. Everything arrived on time, with nearly perfect accordance with my order (there was a small issue with earrings, which Mirraw promptly solved for me), and the products are gorgeous.
Please don't order anything from Mirraw. I ordered 3 sarees from them. Only received two. When questioned about 3rd one, they said it was out of stock. Money was not refunded despite emailing them many times. Two sarees I received are very poor quality. Nothing like showed in the pictures. One saree was supposed to have embroidery, but when I got it, it was cheapest net similar design as embroidery. I have spoken to them as well. They offered me 20% off. Not explained what for. I won't be buying anything anymore from them. Please share this information, so no one will get cheated.
This is a lovely and elegant piece. It was not clear from the photos that the bottom is pants and not a skirt. Would appreciate more clarity in product description. Still very happy with my salwar kameez
I placed a $127 of order on mirraw with order number of M******* on October 15 th 2016. Initial delivery date was assign as 27 Oct.My money is already transferred from paypal, but order is not delivered as promised I called them several times, and no one bothers to to answer the call, its pathetic service, if you cannot fulfill the order, then please do not advertise it and please refund it ASAP. This is a fraud and untrustworthy company.
Just received three outfits I had ordered for Eid. All three are of really bad quality. The fabric is very very cheap looking... not at all like what you see in the picture. Terrible. And the stitching is even worse. Really bad tailoring. They didn't even bother to press after tailoring. Being a seamstress myself and I just cannot bring myself to put this stuff on me. This is an absolute waste of money. So badly stitched. Does not sit well on you at all. The pants are all short at my ankle. Never every will I buy from here again. Do not recommend this company. Now I am left without clothes for Eid. Very, very disappointed.

I bought a lengha and paid for shipping charges but when the product arrived I am told to pay further charges which makes the product cost far more than the local shops. I have asked them to recall the item as I refuse to pay these additional costs but to date they constantly send me mails asking how was the service. What service! Pathetic... dont respond to mails... first and last I will deal with them.: People in South Africa be very wary of this website. I am still waiting for my refund.
I have order with this company( www.Mirraw.com) order no-M******* online they never send me my order when i called staff are very rude and making drama instead of solution. Its annoying, terrible very unprofessional and cheating website don't waste your money like this website be careful while shopping from them you might loose and nothing to do instead of review guys.
I agree with a lot of of people on this site. Had I read the reviews first I would not have ordered at all and wasted my money... i have received the goods but the material is of an inferior quality, the workmanship is also bad. The stitching and threads are coming out. It's terrible to see that company's like this send products in these conditions to customers. I will definitely spread the word that this site cheats people out of their money. Disgusted and disappointed in my first online Indian experience.
I was so impressed by all the products in this website, But as a usual act of caution, I only ordered 1 salwar from them and then wanted to order another huge list of items.
But the salwar that was delivered was so cheap material and bad colour shade, design. It was not worth the price I paid for. It looks similar to what was displayed, but not the same kind. I send them feedback and unistalled the app from my phone. But they never bothered to respond. Its been more than 5 months now and still never feel like wearing that salwar. Very bad don't buy. Or buy some cheap product and test first.
I ordered ten items, and received only nine. Of the nine I did receive, two were incorrect. All my attempts at contacting Mirraw.com to resolve the issue failed. The items were of poor quality and the shipping was delayed for over a month past the date they promised. I would not advise anyone to buy from them.

Answer: Yes they are fraud, I placed and order and just days of receiving the order I get an email that some part of my order is not available but the website still shows available and it can still reach the destination by the date I requested and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
