We got a second-handed product and after returning the product we did not get our money back!
It was about 5000/- rs and did not recieve the money until now! If you want second-hand products with high prices, without returning money option then you can go to that website, please do not believe such kind of sites.

The delivery date was wrong. Setting wrong expectations for customers to ear business is a poor strategy. My initial delivery date was 22 Aug and my package is miles away.
Stitching is not great. Flaws can be seen right away.
Make in India tag is super visible which I hate the most.

Fraud seller. Incorrect and poor quality sold by showing nice photos.
Ordered item worth hundreds of pounds but received something not even worth 1/10 of that.
Ripped stitches, wrong product ( photos shows lehenga) but arrived with a pant.
I don't recognise anyone to buy from this website.I ordered few items but there were no follow up. And I never received the items.I had to send a dispute through PayPal as they were not responding to my emails.At last when they refunded me, they stole 600MUR...They deducted that amount.They are a scam, advertise beautiful items which they don't have.
Hi, the worst website where i purchased, i place an order 4th may today is 2nd june. They didn't dispatch my order still today, i sent many emails no proper answer during the last two weeks they are sending me the same mails saying they will send the parcel in 24-48 hours but still my parcel is under process. I called them many times they didn't pickup the phone, very poor customer service my friends please don't waste your money and time by purchasing in this website

The only thing I want is option of measurement even when selecting different
Sizes. For ex someone can be small but their shoulders can be broad and leg size can be long. This is what happened to this purchase. I can fix it but going forward that will help.

Mirraw (clothing ecommerce merchant based in India) sent me stained items, then only agreed to refund me 10% of the value of the goods unless I returned the items from an international location where I had to bear the full cost of the return. Per the attached email from their 'Customer Support' they do not have a refund policy. DO NOT purchase from this site - shoddy product quality, poor customer service and terrible refund policy. This company is a SCAM - takes your money but doesn't deliver items which are fit-for-purpose

I have ordered a sari about a month ago. They took money from my credit card but did not delivery the sari. I called them a dozens times. Each time they told me different story. Now I am very sure that this is a false company and I will not get the sari.
So I am requested all of you not to buy anything from this company to avoid loosing money.
Cheap and transparent material.
No blouse and petticoat sent with the saree. No fall and pico done but money taken for all extra items. On complaint, only paying back 2 dollars for fall and pico. I cannot use a saree without blouse. Blouse piece not sent though I paid for custom stitching.
I am asked to return saree on my own cost for international shipping.

Had a very bad experience with Mirraw. They don't deliver on time and expect a long delay. Email replies from Mirraw or calls made to their customer care will give the standard copy paste answers. Colour of the product delivered different than photo (colour not even matching), very cheap material. Will never buy from Mirraw anymore and advise everyone what is shown on the website is not what you will get. The quality is very bad, you will get frustrated waiting long and final delivery of the product is devastating!
Mirraw website is 5 stars. What more can I say, I am a woman of few words but, I hereby declare that it's a great website and you will find nice selection of Indian stuff. Their shipping, handling, packaging and delivery is top-notch.
Today I received my stitched dress, way before the scheduled time. There are few adjustments that I would make to the fitting, but otherwise my experience has been amazing. The customer service people at Mirraw are so friendly and proactive. They were willing to listen to the customer voice and also made suggestions. Great service. I ordered three dresses while I was away. On my return I found that all the dresses are too tight for me. I normally wear medium to large, but ordered large size to be on the safe side. The return date is expired as I was away. Please advise if I can return or exchange them.

This website is scam please don't buy. The quality is really poor and they don't offer refund. Outfit I ordered looked nothing like the picture and blouse has tacky golden lace. I asked to return and refund and they won't do that.

The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
I ordered a few items from mirraw a month before our religious holiday which is why I placed my order and I did not get them. They were shipped to our old address and when I called them to investigate my case they responded to give them time for a response. I gave them the 48 hours they requested but never heard back from them until I had to call THEM. I called 5 times and I got the same response everytime, them requesting for time. I ordered my shipment in July and it is now almost October and nothing has been resolved. They refuse to give me my money back too. Worst customer care I have ever experienced. I would never recommend anyone to shop there.
