Miracle Movers

I would like to testify to the excellence displayed by the Miracle Movers. Brilliant team, it was a relief after tension of how it will be conducted. They were excellent people, polite, tidy, honest, respectful towards the home and our belongings and exceeded our expectations. From the packing service and collection, till the last item delivered at my desired location at our new home. We were really impressed. I will certainly recommend Miracle to our friends.

Omg! I just got referred to these guys by a friend that has used them time and time again. I just happened to post on facebook for a referral and a friend replied. I have moved a few times in 15 years! Why have these guys never been known to me till now! All I can say is Super! Strong, fast, mindful, careful, professional, nice, trustworthy and so so reasonable! I can not say enough about this company. We need more of this type of business. The guys that worked with me are Brian and Todd! These guys are unbelievable. My only regret I have is that I have not used them before yesterday!

I highly recommend Miracle Movers for the amazing service they provided. They moved me out of my 4-bedroom home from Regina to Toronto. I spoke with moving consultant who explained the moving process to me after I went online and submitted my information. He quoted me a price that was a little higher than my other quotes, but I knew he was honest because he showed me the differences between his quote and the others that I received before his. He showed me that the other companies didn't place everything that I told them onto their quote, and they also didn't ask me important questions about my furniture like him. Also, James went over all the extra fees that my move had, and no other company told me about the bulky fees and shuttle fee that I had to pay for but James went over all those fees and made me realize that the other companies did not. The movers were as professional as said they would be. The move took 10 days to deliver. The delivery guys were amazing. All around, amazing experience! I highly recommend this company for anybody who is moving to Toronto!

You guys are absolutely horrible with your excuses. Below is the review I posted on google. I know you don't care, but at least you will know you are a true unprofessional business.

We had 2 homes, a garage and 2 storage units moved at the end of January. I have left numerous voicemails, called and transferred to employee after employee with no resolution. We are missing valuable boxes and items from this move and furniture that was damaged. One of the homes we had loaded up was a rental unit and the front porch metal railing was pulled back from the home that the landlord would like payment for when the team was bringing furniture out of the front door. We were not told that the trucks would not be unloaded the day of the move. One of the trucks ended up in the ditch of our driveway. Instead of having the other truck go ahead and unload at the new home they said they had to wait together and the trucks would have to go the next day which left us without a bed to sleep in for the night. We were told the trucks would be brought to their facility for safe keeping overnight. After my last attempt today I was told that I needed to file a claim. After 5 months and this just came about? Why did it take me calling again today and explaining I would not be making another call to the company? The next call would be my lawyer for someone to tell me I need to file a claim? Wrong on so many levels.

They have a 5-star rating for a reason and it's real! This company and their employees are top-notch. They moved me, at the last minute, without a hitch. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone moving in the GTA. My move went very smoothly, nothing arrived broken or scratched and the load and unload went very fast. (Faster than I expected). I hope I don't have to move again, but if I do they will be my first call. Believe the stars, they are the real deal. A company that does what it promises and does it well.

We just have to thank you for moving us from Calgary to Toronto. Your service was excellent. We had a lot of questions and specific requests as to how our furniture and other items were to be packed and delivered and you followed our directions perfectly. We had many fragile and antique items all of which arrived without damage. Your unpacking was quick and efficient and you left our home clean. All we had to do was sit down and enjoy. We will definitely recommend your company to our friends and neighbors.

Miracle Movers were exceptionally helpful. I talked directly with the individual who was arranging the moving. They did the job professionally and when I came back from abroad, I discovered all my belongings without any harm and stacked with extreme care. Other companies may have taken advantage the way that I was not around to check what they were doing. I surely use them again in my future moves.
