I needed to move from Calgary to Toronto and from day 1, Mike was very professional, reliable, and fairly priced. He returned phone calls and texts quickly. Alex and Ron showed up early at my apartment and loaded everything in the truck in less than 2 hours. All my belongings were wrapped up and well protected. They drove the moving truck to Toronto 14 days later and then unloaded on one of the hottest days of the year and never complained once! These guys were so courteous and friendly, it seemed like we had known them for years! Top-notch service! I highly recommend Miracle for your move.

How very refreshing it is to find such a well-run, responsible and client orientated company in Miracle Movers. You hear some horror stories of how these moving companies hold the customer to ransom and try to hike up the price at delivery so I was braced for some sort of 'difficulty' on my move to Toronto ON but in the end had none to report. Instead the whole process ran smoothly from start to finish. Viktor kept in frequent contact with me and responded quickly to every query. The whole team itself was also reliable, helpful and friendly. Top marks for this company and the whole team.

I have moved more than 15 times because of my work. This was absolutely the worst moving company I have ever experienced. They broke furniture threw boxes, and even physically threatened me a single woman when I questioned what they were doing. These people are absolutely unscrupulous and horrible. Criminal!

We just wanted to thank you and all of your team for a great service and such a smooth relocation. In particular, Everyone were amazing. Very polite, accommodating and easy to work with. They were great with our children and made what could have been a stressful situation very straightforward. They really did work like troopers, especially with all those stairs!

We were so worried about getting movers to handle this, but your professionalism shone through.

What a time to move right? In the middle of a Pandemic. Having had a few bad experiences in the past with moving companies, I wasn't quite sure which company to go with. Luckily my cousin recommended Miracle Movers, and when I read awesome reviews, I decided to give them a call. From talking to the sales agent to movers, overall everything went smoothly! They were kind enough to explain what precautions their workers are taking during the Covid-19 pandemic and that really put my mind at ease. Great experience and even better prices, would highly recommend.

The team were on time, very obliging and took wonderful care with all of our furniture items especially the antiques and piano. The team was great and wouldn't even take a break for a cup of coffee or a cold drink. Nothing was too much trouble. There were lots of heavy items and boxes in our three-storey home and not a single mark on any wall. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Miracle Movers and their team and will be using them again!. Special thanks to the crew who moved us and who were always smiling and happy.

Miracle took our 3 bed apartment out to Frankford Ontario to our newly built house. Well carried out relocation by them! Minimal fuss! Minimal mess! All items were properly cared for during the relocation. All communication with everybody was very amicable! The estimate was very well prepared and ended up being slightly on the cautious side. My experience with them was a ten out of ten rating and I would be prepared to use them again if needed!

I went with Miracle as I had previously used them; and my experience has been that they are efficient and good-value. The initial appointment to review what was being moved was efficient as it was held online. The quote was far more reasonable than the two other quotes I had received. On the day of the move out of the house in Toronto they were punctual and quick at emptying the house onto the containers for trucks. On the day of moving into the new house, they were again very punctual and quick at unloading. They reassembled the beds quickly and ensured that furniture was where I needed it to be placed. They also moved an old washing machine out so that my washing machine could fit. What could have been a stressful day, wasn't - all due to the relocation guys.

We have used Miracle Movers for two moves now. Our most recent move was the most stressful with an uncertain move in date; Gary was extremely straightforward and helpful in helping us make a plan if we had to go into storage between moves. We have large, heavy furniture pieces which are quite difficult to move, and the team were great at dealing with it, including a hoist off my upper balcony. We also appreciate their approach to offering us environmentally friendly bins for rental which really came in handy. It has been such a relief to deal with a positive company during our relocation from Oakville to Toronto. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.

I submitted an online request for an estimate on my 4 bed residential relocation move from Oshawa at 9am and received a phone call 10 mins later from Miracle. I was told a video survey would be the best way forward to make sure of the truck size and manpower required and also to assess some of my heavier furniture pieces. I was impressed that Gary asked all the necessary questions. This preparation just ensured that no rock was left unturned and everything went swimmingly. Also the final cost was right on the money.

This was a very efficient and cost-conscious way to relocate. We moved out of Manitoba and had a great way to experience drop-off and pick up. Our goods were delayed a couple of days due to factors outside of Miracle's control (driver shortage, road delays, the fact that tons of people are moving about. But they made it right with TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would use them again for sure. Shout out to Xavier, in their customer service dept - who should win an award for how responsive, kind and patient he was with me in a situation that could have been very stressful for me - he really knocked it out of the park.

Overall very happy with Miracle Movers we used them again this year to move in Scarborough. This time we had a lot more furniture and we needed the packing service. Dima and Max came to our house the day before the move and worked efficiently all day with my partner and the place was ready to go on moving day. Moving day went very well although there was a slight delay in the traffic, but these things happen. The price was fair and the guys installed my wardrobes etc in my new studio. So if you have delicate expensive stuff the Miracle Men are the guys to call.

I was so nervous and anxious about moving with a lot of stuff and a lot of stairs. I figured any movers I got would take their sweet time and charge me for a lot of hours. Miracle Movers are AMAZING! They sent a team of 3 men who were friendly, experienced and FAST! They finished the job in four hours - I was shocked. They weren't out to rip me off, they wanted to do a good job and make sure I was happy! I AM! I would recommend them to anyone!

We only had two weeks notice and our survey appointment was booked in at 2 days notice to ensure we could secure the available slot. It was a very challenging move yet the guys were patient and courteous. I was really stressed by our situation not to mention the power cut which plunged us into darkness for about an hour! The guys totally made us feel like the end result was achievable and injected some humour into the situation. They were so professional but kept us going with their humour.

I'm posting this review to you after two of your movers, Mike and Max, just delivered an upright piano to my home in Brampton. I was very impressed with their professionalism, their demeanour, the way they handled our property, and their efficiency. This was our first time doing business with Miracle Movers, and it was a good experience because of Mike and Max. As well as both the gentleman and the lady who took my initial phone calls. They were excellent people, polite, tidy, honest, respectful towards the home and our belongings and exceeded our expectations.
