We only had two weeks notice and our survey appointment was booked in at 2 days notice to ensure we could secure the available slot. It was a very challenging move yet the guys were patient and courteous. I was really stressed by our situation not to mention the power cut which plunged us into darkness for about an hour! The guys totally made us feel like the end result was achievable and injected some humour into the situation. They were so professional but kept us going with their humour.

They were great with our children and made what could have been a stressful situation very straightforward. They really did work like troopers, especially with all those stairs!

I would like to testify to the excellence displayed by the Miracle Movers. Brilliant team, it was a relief after tension of how it will be conducted. They were excellent people, polite, tidy, honest, respectful towards the home and our belongings and exceeded our expectations. From the packing service and collection, till the last item delivered at my desired location at our new home. We were really impressed. I will certainly recommend Miracle to our friends.

What a time to move right? In the middle of a Pandemic. Having had a few bad experiences in the past with moving companies, I wasn't quite sure which company to go with. Luckily my cousin recommended Miracle Movers, and when I read awesome reviews, I decided to give them a call. From talking to the sales agent to movers, overall everything went smoothly! They were kind enough to explain what precautions their workers are taking during the Covid-19 pandemic and that really put my mind at ease. Great experience and even better prices, would highly recommend.

Miracle Movers were exceptionally helpful. I talked directly with the individual who was arranging the moving. They did the job professionally and when I came back from abroad, I discovered all my belongings without any harm and stacked with extreme care. Other companies may have taken advantage the way that I was not around to check what they were doing. I surely use them again in my future moves.

How very refreshing it is to find such a well-run, responsible and client orientated company in Miracle Movers. You hear some horror stories of how these moving companies hold the customer to ransom and try to hike up the price at delivery so I was braced for some sort of 'difficulty' on my move to Toronto ON but in the end had none to report. Instead the whole process ran smoothly from start to finish. Viktor kept in frequent contact with me and responded quickly to every query. The whole team itself was also reliable, helpful and friendly. Top marks for this company and the whole team.

This was a very efficient and cost-conscious way to relocate. We moved out of Manitoba and had a great way to experience drop-off and pick up. Our goods were delayed a couple of days due to factors outside of Miracle's control (driver shortage, road delays, the fact that tons of people are moving about. But they made it right with TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would use them again for sure. Shout out to Xavier, in their customer service dept - who should win an award for how responsive, kind and patient he was with me in a situation that could have been very stressful for me - he really knocked it out of the park.

I needed to move from Calgary to Toronto and from day 1, Mike was very professional, reliable, and fairly priced. He returned phone calls and texts quickly. Alex and Ron showed up early at my apartment and loaded everything in the truck in less than 2 hours. All my belongings were wrapped up and well protected. They drove the moving truck to Toronto 14 days later and then unloaded on one of the hottest days of the year and never complained once! These guys were so courteous and friendly, it seemed like we had known them for years! Top-notch service! I highly recommend Miracle for your move.

I'm posting this review to you after two of your movers, Mike and Max, just delivered an upright piano to my home in Brampton. I was very impressed with their professionalism, their demeanour, the way they handled our property, and their efficiency. This was our first time doing business with Miracle Movers, and it was a good experience because of Mike and Max. As well as both the gentleman and the lady who took my initial phone calls. You should be proud of them all. It made me feel good to say something good about your company! All the best, and I'd be happy to refer people we know to Miracle Movers.

Marvellous Move. Miracle Movers did above and beyond packing up my house in Niagara during lockdown. I could not get there and how they dealt with my attic was something. They stored my worldly goods and later delivered them to me in Toronto. What was potentially a nightmare was solved by them and am eternally grateful. Boxes needing to be marked up differently were so marked and easy to find.

We just have to thank you for moving us from Calgary to Toronto. Your service was excellent. We had a lot of questions and specific requests as to how our furniture and other items were to be packed and delivered and you followed our directions perfectly. We had many fragile and antique items all of which arrived without damage. Your unpacking was quick and efficient and you left our home clean. All we had to do was sit down and enjoy. We will definitely recommend your company to our friends and neighbors.

They have a 5-star rating for a reason and it's real! This company and their employees are top-notch. They moved me, at the last minute, without a hitch. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone moving in the GTA. My move went very smoothly, nothing arrived broken or scratched and the load and unload went very fast. (Faster than I expected). I hope I don't have to move again, but if I do they will be my first call. Believe the stars, they are the real deal. A company that does what it promises and does it well.

I have moved more than 15 times because of my work. This was absolutely the worst moving company I have ever experienced. They broke furniture threw boxes, and even physically threatened me a single woman when I questioned what they were doing. These people are absolutely unscrupulous and horrible. Criminal!

I submitted an online request for an estimate on my 4 bed residential relocation move from Oshawa at 9am and received a phone call 10 mins later from Miracle. I was told a video survey would be the best way forward to make sure of the truck size and manpower required and also to assess some of my heavier furniture pieces. I was impressed that Gary asked all the necessary questions. This preparation just ensured that no rock was left unturned and everything went swimmingly. Also the final cost was right on the money.

So sorry we forgot to reply. Yes, we received our goods all in perfect condition we are beyond happy with the way everything was handled with our relocation and your prompt assistance. Thank you for everything we really appreciate it. Piano, sculptures and art all arrived totally intact. We were so worried about getting movers to handle this, but your professionalism shone through.

The team were on time, very obliging and took wonderful care with all of our furniture items especially the antiques and piano. The team was great and wouldn't even take a break for a cup of coffee or a cold drink. Nothing was too much trouble. There were lots of heavy items and boxes in our three-storey home and not a single mark on any wall. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Miracle Movers and their team and will be using them again!. Special thanks to the crew who moved us and who were always smiling and happy.

Miracle took our 3 bed apartment out to Frankford Ontario to our newly built house. Well carried out relocation by them! Minimal fuss! Minimal mess! All items were properly cared for during the relocation. All communication with everybody was very amicable! The estimate was very well prepared and ended up being slightly on the cautious side. My experience with them was a ten out of ten rating and I would be prepared to use them again if needed!

Amazing experience with Miracle movers. Moved from Toronto to Oshawa and not a single item was broken or misplaced. Very organized, friendly, timely, and a good price. The team arrived on time, walked around the rooms & took charge of all the details of items to be moved into storage. Lou & her team were amazing we felt relaxed as care was taken to wrap & move our fragile items. We were told to relax & they would take over after a busy week of moving amongst boxes & wrapping. You guys are absolutely horrible with your excuses. Below is the review I posted on google. I know you don't care, but at least you will know you are a true unprofessional business.

We had 2 homes, a garage and 2 storage units moved at the end of January. I have left numerous voicemails, called and transferred to employee after employee with no resolution. We are missing valuable boxes and items from this move and furniture that was damaged. One of the homes we had loaded up was a rental unit and the front porch metal railing was pulled back from the home that the landlord would like payment for when the team was bringing furniture out of the front door. We were not told that the trucks would not be unloaded the day of the move. One of the trucks ended up in the ditch of our driveway. Instead of having the other truck go ahead and unload at the new home they said they had to wait together and the trucks would have to go the next day which left us without a bed to sleep in for the night. We were told the trucks would be brought to their facility for safe keeping overnight. After my last attempt today I was told that I needed to file a claim. After 5 months and this just came about? Why did it take me calling again today and explaining I would not be making another call to the company? The next call would be my lawyer for someone to tell me I need to file a claim? Wrong on so many levels.

I was so nervous and anxious about moving with a lot of stuff and a lot of stairs. I figured any movers I got would take their sweet time and charge me for a lot of hours. Miracle Movers are AMAZING! They sent a team of 3 men who were friendly, experienced and FAST! They finished the job in four hours - I was shocked. They weren't out to rip me off, they wanted to do a good job and make sure I was happy! I AM! I would recommend them to anyone!
