After nearly 8 weeks I still haven't received my purchase of Minnetonka moccasins. They took my money but my purchase from the Official Minnetonka website still hasn't arrived. Only after I paid and received confirmation of the order was I told it was managed by a Chinese company. I want a REFUND immediately.
Where is my Minnetonka moccasins? I've been waiting many weeks for my purchase. I paid my money and want my purchase. If I had realised that a well known brand sold in the USA was now being made in China, I wouldn't have ordered them. My experience dealing with a company in China is not good.

Received a pair as a gift and the leather ripped within 6 months (I have L.L. Bean that are over 2 years old and in excellent shape). I contacted Minnetonka, because it wasn't within 90 days and I could not provide proof of purchase they will not stand behind their product.
Other product living off of an old name from the past. Slippers failed after a few months. Minnetonka wouldn't back them up. Don't pay the premium for a slipper quality you can get anywhere.
Recently, I received an email with a birthday code to use at this site. Used it and the shoes were too big (I wear a 6, and these slopped right off!) while looking to exchange them, I found you CAN'T! You can only return the merchandise and try to rebuy it. The Limited edition I had chosen wasn't available then and my code received via email for my birthday would only work once. This company is making SO much money and yet they charge YOU for the return (either you pay for shipping yourself or they charge you $10) Don't make the mistake of ordering from Minnetonka. There are SO many other choices.
My granddaughter bought me a pair of moccasins for Christmas. I love them, I've been trying to find moccasins for years. My best friend saw them and wanted a pair, so I ordered them for her. Two days later, my money was refunded and I got an email saying it was a fraudulent purchase. I didn't know what that meant. There was over $1000 in my account. My granddaughter lives with me, so they could see it was a legitimate address. She used her debit card, I used mine. I called their customer service and was told it wasn't them, but a program their company uses and I could try again. I did. They rejected my payment again. I guess they don't need to make any new sales. I will not be bothering Minnetonka again and will not recommend them.
These Minnetonka footwear are made in China. I did not know that until I started researching the quality and reviews for their products. They over a 90 day satisfaction-no warranty whatsoever! Do not buy from them until things change, offer a warranty, get out of China! Their product is the same as all the other junk that is dumped on us from China. DO NOT BUY!
Purchased on Ebay as a Christmas gift. Ebay Seller somethingwithsole refused to warranty them as they were just over 30 days old despite the slippers obvious failure. Poor quality product and poor customer service. Positive feedback left for somethingwithsole in good faith. I contacted the seller by email, exchanging notes and seller refused to stand behind their sale. Current contact with Minnetonka pending.
I have made several purchases from Minnetonka and have never been dissapointed with how quickly they deliver. Their products are high quality and I have never had to return a single purchase. Very pleased with this company.
Quality made, real suede, Indian bead work is gorgeous, they fit narrow however but are high quality boots and moccasins.
Very expensive but it shows in the work.
BUYER BEWARE! I had to return an online order because the moccasins were too big. They cost me $51.90. After they "adjusted" my refund (cost of return shipping label, original shipping cost),
My "refund" was only $38.00! I would NOT recommend this company!
