Ordered a size 16 pant suit matching my measurements. Was sent the equivalent of a size 12 in correct style and colour. Immediately requested replacement in size 16. No way. Advised to sell it and accept 10% compensation. After about 20 emails accepted 50% and the outfit. Would never use this company - based in China I have now discovered, poor customer service, only fair make up of goods

I carefully read specifications to ensure I am getting something that will meet my needs. The dress I received was a different fabric, and lacked the zipper in the back of the dress. Apart from the undeniable specification failures, the dress is poorly manufactured, with threads hanging loose, and fabric that is very sheer and unlined. The colour is more peach/apricot than champagne.I wish I'd read these reviews before putting my faith in the specifications. The request for refund has so far been Mat with a less-than-appropriate response, indicating that my concerns had either been ignored or misunderstood as it was suggested that I have the dress altered to fit locally.

Do not buy. They do not offer refunds. Poor quality items. Very stressful experience lost $430 on 2 dresses.

Plus size clothing. What a joke it might fit somebody size 8. What a total waste of money. DO NOT PURCHASE. I can't warn you more. Liars and cheats.

Poor quality clothing, terrible customer service! Do not shop here! They wasted my time emailing me back and forth when I asked for a return, telling me that delivery costs too much and that my item may go missing during shipment. Do not shop here!

I ordered 2 dresses for a wedding both arrived late They were not made to custom size ordered Very poor quality and workmanship Absolutely appalling Trying to get a refund but they are dodging with vague replies and calling me Dear! Lost almost AUD 500. This website must be shutdown. Responses slow and extremely vague. Do not buy anything from here!

Do not buy from this company. I got an aweful aftersale experience from this company. The dress I ordered was unwearable and a refund from them was almost impossible. I had to find another dress for the wedding I was going. I would give a negative rating if I could.

I've had an awful experience very similar to others from this company Trying to get a refund is near impossible. I bought a dress last October for my wedding, when it came it was nothing like the dress pictured in the catelogue, awful material and although I sent my measurements didnt fit properly As the bride I had to find another outfit in the middle of a pandemic when all the dress shops were closed! I would give them a zero rating if I had the option. Do not buy from this company they are rip pff merchants, although they said thay would give me a refund I am still waiting. Not only did I lose my money for the dress, I sent back the original dress and paid postage on top of it.

My Mum who is a low paid health worker bought my AUD$304.00 wedding dress from this site - the beach wedding dress to my knees in the ivory. It was absolutely beautiful in the photo. In reality it looks like a child's dress up costume. Its too big, has a huge bust (I'm 4 foot 10 inches and 48 kg) is poorly sewn and the lace is itchy.
I asked for a refund but they refused. They offered to make the exact same dress but I don't want another. I asked them to make a different one in compensation but its $80 more than the original so they just stopped communicating with me.
I am now in the process of going through the Australian Fair Trade commission to ask advise.
NEVER never trust this site. Its so upsetting and unfair.
I've since bought a new beautiful dress from Review Australia for AUD$400 and its 150% better than the cheap drag queen frock Minel sent me.

I too wanted to return a dress due to change of mind for a refund as per their returns policy on their website. They kept saying no for various reasons. I told them I was making complaints to ACCC and NSW office of fair trading. They then offered a refund if I return the dress to China. I'm now refuting that I should pay for postage, tracking and insurance overseas given it's an Australian company. Its unreasonable postage. It really helps to know your consumer rights.

This company is a total scam, I purchased a dress for $229 online, it looked lovely online what i received was not even the same dress I purchased firstly the dress online was champagne colour i received a navy blue disgusting dress that was 2 sizes too small! I am appalled by the treatment I have received from this company firstly their returns policy clearly states that I am eligible for a full refund, however, I have only been advised that I can receive 8% of the purchase price! What the? Terrible! I am soooo upset I gave my money to this company trusting them when they are fraudulent, I wish I saw these reviews before I paid them. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
