Love the look, the sound and the price. What more can I say. Couldn't even throw away the box it came in such a cool look so framed part of it and it proudly hangs in my living room

Purchased a Yamaha Receiver/Amp, phono preamp and some cables. Pricing was good and delivery was super fast considering it was the last week before christmas.

My first impression wasn't the best as I found it difficult to reach them by phone (although I had to admit it was a busy period following an event), I have thus decided to email them as well and the initial impression disappeared very quickly: what a great customer service! They've been very accommodating, ultra reactive and super friendly; I was impressed. To make things better the uke comes with some nice extras. On top of that they have such an extensive selection of ukes, from affordable to high end; only from the best manufacturers. Long story short, it is a go-to place to purchase a uke online.

Ordered my ebony tenor over the weekend and it was shipped out Monday morning. I received it in a remote part of Texas on Saturday - quicker than I expected!
Shannon was great help, answering my questions before my purchase. I wanted a low G, but they were too busy to make the switch on it, so she included a set of strings for me to use.

I also own a ZAD900 full size non-cutaway in natural spruce finish. Recently tried some smaller guitars and found that with smaller body the top "tucks in" closer with the sound hole more open to player's ear. More rewarding "surround sound" playing acoustically- may not be true for audience, but I play mostly for myself and really enjoy the OM size. I have Taylor guitar in rosewood and spruce as well. The Zagers get a little more play - slightly easier on fingers and convenience of on board tuners. But I pick up different guitars for their sonic fit to style, song and mood and love the Taylors as well. Zager service before and after sale has been good and I feel comfortable with their mail order business model.

Fiddlershop is a hundred percent trustworthy company with great violins and great cellos, excellent service and an absolute hassle free purchasing experience. Period. We bought first a violin and later a cello from Fiddlershop then two pernambuco bows and several other items. Never has there been any problems, and whenever something came up they immediately resolved everything with no questions asked. Plus, every call to FiddlerShop was responded by a very knowledgeable and experienced person who absolutely knew what they were talking about giving great and unbiased advice. Additionally, they provide great learning resources in form of hours and hours of videos and blogs (including for items such as a tuning fork for $5.99!). I cannot say enough good things about the folks at projectorscreen. I dealt with Brian two years ago... and I didn't pull the trigger on a purchase. Two years later, I was more ready to buy and Brian could not have been nicer in guiding me through the process and answering every single detailed question I had. He fully understood that I was a very discerning buyer and I did not want to have buyer's remorse in any way. The shipping process was EXACTLY as he described. He was direct with what was available and when it would be available. Considering the disruption to normal business operations, the customer service experience was off-the-charts spectacular. My system (projector, screen, AVR) is now fully set up and working perfectly out of the box. I haven't even dialed in the system just yet and it is far surpassing what I had before. This company will be a first stop for me in the future.

The chairs are amazingly comfortable and Greta looking in my new movie theatre room. So excited that I want to hang in my room all day.
