This company will charge you full price for blemished ukulele's that other companies sell as "B" ukuleles for a discounted rate. This is a real problem for buyers online who don't get to inspect an item before buying. We rely on the seller to be forthright and fairly represent the sale. This company will not. Furthermore, they charge a setup fee for new instruments that otherwise do not need the work, once again relying on the fact that a buyer cannot see the instrument prior to buying. Bad, bad, practices by this company.

My first impression wasn't the best as I found it difficult to reach them by phone (although I had to admit it was a busy period following an event), I have thus decided to email them as well and the initial impression disappeared very quickly: what a great customer service! They've been very accommodating, ultra reactive and super friendly; I was impressed. To make things better the uke comes with some nice extras. On top of that they have such an extensive selection of ukes, from affordable to high end; only from the best manufacturers. Long story short, it is a go-to place to purchase a uke online.

I ordered a number of Worth strings and received a phone call about an inventory issue. In todays business world its unual to receive an actual call explaining the issue and fixing it immediately. The strings ship right away. Recently I purchased a new Uke. They also provided excellent customer service during that purchase. Highly recommend them.

I bought this case to hold my Shima ukulele. Fits perfectly. The case is a beautiful color and very well made. It's a great hard shell case. It arrived very quickly from Uke Like The Pros. I use them a lot for ukulele gear.

When I first saw Romero Creations' Daniel Ho ST Concert ukulele I knew it would be just right for me. Having Terry check it out ahead of time and let me know it played and sounded great was much appreciated since where I live there is no option to see a bunch of ukes in a store. What appealed to me -- and is working out so well -- is the shape, size and sound of the ST Concert spruce top. I mainly play while sitting in a power wheelchair, and it just fits very well where my tenor is harder to play since, with the tenor, I have to put my left elbow on the armrest due to the length of the neck. My elbow gets really sore with tendonitis eventually. With the ST Concert my arm can be against my body. The sound of it is wonderful, loud enough and crisp (when my fingers don't fumble).

Highly recommend Romero Creations and Terry as a source for these and other instruments!

I purchased a guitarlele on a bundle deal which clearly states that it would include a strap. It does not, comes with a $#*!ty tuner and some tab sheets printed off from google probably. The instrument itself is amazing but that's not something to praise the site for. Great job not $#*!ing the instrument up? I don't understand.
Customer service sounds like they hate talking to you about any questions you might have, very blunt, and standoff-ish responses. Shipping is ridiculously expensive. Explain to me why it costs 35$ to ship from Cali when the manufacturer will send it to me for free? They even advertise free shipping on some forms of social media, then when you get to checkout its not even an option. The cheapest option is 25$, what the actual $#*!.
They probably have their $#*! together better when a pandemic is not going on and the customization is a nice feature to have. Overall they seem to just be a bit out of sync, the guy told me he'd "mixed up the shipping labels on my order lol". Yeah that's not $#*!ing funny dude, I don't care if you're working from home, work properly or don't work.
Be advised, they won't respond to the chat now feature often and even if you text them they'll respond a couple of times and then ignore you.

Last year I bought a KoAloha Tenor Ukulele from Uke Like the Pros and the service and advice rendered to me by Uke like the Pros really impressed. The Uke arrived in South Africa very securely and safely packed and the service as well as the personal interaction was indeed excellent.

I did not hesitate to purchase my second Ukulele, a beautiful Romero Grand Tenor, from Uke Like the Pros and once again they exceeded all expectations, The Uke arrived on time and in mint condition due to the bullet proof packing.

This was my third ukulele purchased from Uke like the Pros, service is remarkable and they aim to please their customers. Delivery was as promised for ground shipping, I knew it would take at least 7 days to arrive to Michigan from California that's the only draw back - but this store was the only place that I found with remarkable affordable prices for high quality ukuleles. Now on to the KoAloha KoAlana ukulele... the ukulele is beautiful, but because of the d'Addario titanium strings the sound was disappointing for me - I immediately changed them out with a wound low G and Martin fluorocarbon strings and now it sounds 110% better, new strings are still settling and I'm still stretching them but should be holding tune in a week. Now it has the warmer sound I'm used to playing - is it as good as my Romero's - hmmm No but it will make a good travel ukulele.
