I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in mid Nov. The charge was made to my paypal account and transaction was completed immediately, but after more than 2 months I still have not received my order. I contacted the company 4 times. Each time, they said that that it had been shipped, but they would not provide the tracking number or shipping date even though I requested. They just keep telling me that because of the holidays seasons a lot of shipments were delayed. It will arrive "very soon". This is almost the end of Jan! I also requested a refund but they never responded to the request either.
I ordered pink knitted shoes almost 2 years ago, was charged for them, and never received them. They never reimbursed me for the shoes. Kept my money. Talk about fraud. Don't ever order from this company!
2.5 months after placing an order for shoes from Micasahi, the item i received was not as advertised. I ordered shoes but did not receive the colors that I ordered. The material feels and looks like plastic. It looks like patterns were printed with colored ink on glossy plastic and these have a very strong chemical smell that will not go away. Cannot wear these because because I don't want what ever chemical that was used on my body. Requested return but sellers offered a 25% coupon instead of return and refund. Filed dispute with PayPal and seller will refund only if they receive the shoes at my expense within 1week from USA to China... what a scam! Horrible company, product, and shipping. Product is not as pictured or described!
I ordered a pair of low cut chunky healed shoes and never received them. I emailed the company. They said my order was sent out and my order was backed up at the post office. I've been waiting for over 6 weeks. Plus they never sent a tracking number for me to track it. I lost 26 dollars! I will never order from them again!
Only 1/3 items arrived. They told me they no longer have stock of the shoes I bought so they can't send a replacement but their website still has them listed. They told me they would only refund me $50 which is only the price of 1 pair! They have stopped replying to my emails. I have lodged a PayPal dispute and am yet to hear back.
I ordered in February 2020. I never received my items. I have sent a email to the company and, no one never answered me back. I am one dissatisfied customer. When I tracked my items it, comes through a Chinese delivery. They have marked it as if i received my package and, i did get it. I would like my money back.
Ordered 3 pairs of shoes back in december, the deal was, the more shoes you buy the better the discount! I ended up getting one pair of boots out of the 3 I've ordered, thinking the others were on the way, still nothing coming to the end of March! Total scam
I ordered shoes from this site in early November of 2019! It is now May! And I still have not received my order. I reached out but they're excuse is that the order is stuck in customs? WTAF! Don't buy from here!
To sum it up, I made a purchase the beginning of November and they had no problem charging my credit card before shipping the items. I returned my order late November for an exchange and sent a copy of the receipt and tracking number as requested. It's now mid December I've not received any information about the shipping or tracking with the new order. I finally received an email showing the order was delivered successfully and to inquire with family and neighors and best regards. Now the delivery they're claiming that was delivered successfully is the original order invoice. I replied once again with the return information attached. They're now ignoring my emails and I've been scammed for an estimated $80.00 including the return amount and I have nothing to show for my credit card being charged. I will not order from this website again for they're not a reliable retailer who is concerned about the customer service of their company! Received
I've ordered from overseas many times. But this is the first that I have gotten scammed! Ordered boots in December and it is now May and I still don't have boots. I reached out multiple times via email. Every time they responded with excusesholiday, busy time, may have gotten lost and is getting reshipped, here's a shipping label, but no package was ever taken in. I'm so annoyed that they got me. Effin annoyed.
