How can I get my refund for 26.58 for an order I never received? Apparently they are not responding to my emails.

Go back to the date of the purchase and the date of the return. Continue to email including the information and copies of the return tracking number from the shipping facility. I continuously included this information. Recieving from the customer service false information about my return, I indicated I would be contacting the BBB and the Consumer's Report about the company website and their actions. Good luck
