I am still waiting on my shoes. I wish they would just send the order that I wanted or redound my 108.00.

Answer:
Go back to the date of the purchase and the date of the return. Continue to email including the information and copies of the return tracking number from the shipping facility. I continuously included this information. Recieving from the customer service false information about my return, I indicated I would be contacting the BBB and the Consumer's Report about the company website and their actions. Good luck
