I strongly suggest no one go through website for ANYTHING! It's been 3 months and I NEVER received what I paid for and payment was taken IMMEDIATELY! When I contacted the seller after waiting for more than month they responded that due to Covid there's delays. I waited and reached out to them again. I had been informed that they can't issue a refund because my order was already in production. I waited until after the 2 month period and NO ONE Contacted me back. I let it be known I will escalate this issue and still no respond! Finally after 2 additional emails I went to my bank and filed a dispute. I presented the email thread to prove this website is a SCAM! Any positive feedback at this point I'm sure came from them writing bogus reviews! I wish I could give them a negative rating! Their customer service is ridiculous!

I used to use this company and didn't have trouble. Then in January I ordered 12 cases at a special. I received HALF of my order and upon messaging was told they were behind due to covid. Ok. Almost a year later and still nothing and now not even a reply to my emails. Wish their website would let you post reviews but I'm sure it's that way for a reason. They have no problem taking them money but struggle to deliver on goods. Poor morals!

I have always used this company to buy for my iPhone, but I got a new phone and placed an order for some Christmas gifts as well in December of 2019! It is now NOVEMBER of 2020! I still have not received my product and have gotten no response since April besides the generic COVID 19 message. Idk what the hell happened to this company but it is absolute crap, the most awefuk and unhelpful support, you either get no answer at all, some run around or a bullshot covid message. I was understand at first but now its almost a full year later. DONT DO IT!

I ordered cases thinking oh they are nice and I ordered October 3rd I've emailed over and over because I haven't received no order email like it tells you, you should within 24-48 hours and I get some dumb auto made email back saying due to Covid bull crap and there's no contact number to call to complain or ask for refund, I will never order from them again... I'll stick with Amazon or eBay thanks... GIVE ME MY CASES OR MY REFUND

Ordered cases, paid for cases, never received cases or response or refund! The company had no problems with receiving payment. Fall short on business experience/expectations! Tried to support small businesses smh fails every time. Do BETTER

I ordered my phone case along with a screen protector, and shock absorbency feature. I also opted for the "promotional" free surprise gift for my order. After 6+ weeks, multiple emails about my "rush order" I FINALLY got a confirmation that my order had been shipped! 3 days later I got a cheap, flimsy piece of plastic with a printed back of the pattern I ordered. No screen protector, no shock absorbency, no "free gift". I asked for a full refund as I refuse to put my $1,100.00 iPhone in this nightmare of a phone case! 2 weeks later and I have still not received a response! This site is an absolute JOKE and shouldn't even be allowed to conduct business!

I ordered $70 worth of cases on April 7,2020. They said I would get getting expedited shipping... it is now October 1,2020 and I have yet to receive an update on my order. I tried to be patient of the current covid situation... however, I shouldn't have! When I contacted my bank about the scam they told me it was too late for them to get my money back- pretty sure mgramcases knows this and is using covid as an excuse so that they can scam more people. When I first sent mgramcases an email, I received an automated email reply. Nothing else. All it stated was that they were behind because of covid. I sent a second email about 2-3 months later. Same response. Last month 9/22/2020 I told them to please just cancel my order and refund my $70. They claimed they couldn't because it's a custom order and it was in production... yet here I am today. Still no update.

I jsut received my cases today and honestly I'd like to give this 0 stars but I'll give it 1 because that's my only option. I'm not so much upset about the first two but the last one I ordered the blue marble one was supposed to have black thick borders around it to be an actual protective case and came nothing like that. It's literally and clear case you can make yourself and smack a fricken sticker on... can't believe the original price is nearly $40 when this is a literal SCAM. I'm upset because I recently got an iPhone 11 and was looking to get protective cases and now I'm disappointed. Wish I could get my money back but I only read the reviews after the fact I realized it was taking way too long to come in. DONT BUY FROM HERE... waste of time and money. Below are pictures of what I got and what they were supposed to look like...
