Mellow Mushroom

These people dont care...I ordered a large pizza with mushroom and sausage...if it had 6 mushrooms on it, it was a miracle...and the sausage, I think I saw like 4 tiny pieces...not to mention the crust is like 3 inches wide so the center is just cheese and no toppings? Is it that hard to make a great pizza? Seems like a bunch of dummies workin there, trying to be silly? And nobody in the restaurant, and they want you to go from the left side where you PICK UP...to the Bar, to ask some dummy where my pizza is...you know what I want, I want to walk in on the left and YOU GO GET MY PIZZA...Idiots!

I enjoy a Mellow Mushroom at home but today I'm out of town and tried the MM in Wilmington NC. I ordered the Cloud 9 wings - Is be totally embarrassed to serve those of this were my restaurant. They were tiny, over-cooked and the outside was greasy! Those were probably the worst wings I have eaten in my long life. Whoever came up with that recipe should be fired, along with whoever cooked them. In a word, they were NASTY! I'll continue to visit the restaurant in my hometown but I'll never go back to the one on Wilmington.

I've been going to Mellow Mushroom for nearly 4 years, but the one in Cary, NC is shocking bad. The previous manager was great, but this new guy obviously has zero restaurant experience. What a shame. Mellow Mushroom corporate, get rid of this idiot. At least inspect the place, go in as a secret diner or something. The service is terrible.

We had eaten at a mellow mushroom in Gainesville some years ago so when one opened in Sarasota we tried it again. My expectations were just so so. I was happy to see local craft brews! I ordered the Lil House Salad. Fresh, crisp, loaded with veggies! Not your average side salad at all. We ordered classic crust, sausage and banana pepper. I can't say enough about the flavor from crust to toppings! Absolutely fresh and delicious. Just the right amount of sauce (that is important to us) plenty of toppings and melt in your mouth crust! My mouth is watering just writing about it. Our new favorite for pizza for sure

I've ate at the Mushroom for years. The pizza has always been great. Today I decided to get a sub. Mistake. It was the worst excuse for a sub I've ever seen. The bread was dried out, they rolled the meat up like a hot dog and put a couple tomatoes and lettuce on it. It was horrible.

Today Sunday 4/24/2016 Mellow Mushroom on 3400 on Cary parkway North Carolina I was sitting at the table with my eight years old little boy. We were sitting at the table for almost 15mins and still no waiter or waitress to come to the table. I tried to waver my hand to people in the kitchen area. Two of them was folding the boxes and eyes was on the tv. Finally got their attention and took them few more mins. When I finally saw them with plates on their hands I left and spoken with the manager. He can't even look me in the eyes accept mumbling "I AM SORRY". When I walked out the person that seated us was sitting with her friends at the table two down from our table. I got her attention and told her that I am leaving because we were sitting there and no one came to our table since she seated us. I was always enjoyed eating at the restaurant before. It is so disappointed that mellow mushroom hired these employees. Oh by the way the restaurant was almost empty too. If it was busy I would understand but mostly tables were empty and they treat customers like this. I am so discussed! We went to Panera bread instead!

$90 for 2 smalls and a med pizza. Very little toppings. Spoke to manager, oh thanks for letting us know. No let us try it again.

Great food and nice atmosphere! Try the cheese bread! Waiter waw very friendly and I had a great time there with my son!
