No working number. Email with company has no employee signature. No tracking number after 4 days. I am contesting this purchase with my bank. The positive reviews are probably from review mills

I ordered 3 Khumo TA 71 tires(which were $30 less than amazon, each). Only 2 arrived 2 days later. I communicated with customer service and 3 arrive the following day. They said to keep the 2 tires I did not order as a gift. I am very happy with this company.

Well, I took a chance and ordered a garage door opener and like others have stated already it arrived in about a week. No shipping confirmation email nor communication but I did get a notification from FedEx about 3 day before it arrived. Order tracking on their webite still shows being processed lol. Had no idea what was shipped since I had multiple items being delivered. I'm happy with the item and it was new and authentic. Website could be a bit more user friendly but at the end you do get a great deal with free shipping and no taxes ( to Texas). Thank you Melitawillstore!

Looks like a new item but I've got to imagine it's a store return to be so much cheaper than buying retail. Overall great purchase

I saw some tires on their website, ordered them and waited. The next thing I knew, my order was cancelled, "We can not let you wait too long wThe shipping department reported your order could not be shipped and arrived in a timely manner because of the failed shipmentithout any estimated delivery so we have to cancel and refund your order so that you can take your own initiative" Their phones didn't work, so corresponding they said if it is on their website then they have it! Twice it was on the site and twice cancelled for the same reason. I see that some have bought tires from them and are happy. I asked them to tellme the time frame they were talking about as to the failed shipment and what does that mean. Still waiting. Its a crap shoot ordering from this store, good luck if you do. They have great prices but just can't deliver on 20% of their order requests. I have never heard of anything that bad and still in business.

I placed an order for a set of Cooper discoverer a/t tires. Hadn't got a confirmation or shipping information from them after 5 to 7 Days contacted the company and two days later they canceled my order. W. T. F. would not recommend or deal with these people and after looking them up on what they say is their address becomes a t-shirt printing shop. Sounds like a scam website to me and on top of it all would really like to know what they're doing with my credit card info. BUYER BEWARE!

Bought a tire from them a good bit cheaper than their competitors, enough so I was a little leary. The tire was exactly what I wanted, in perfect shape and it arrived very quickly. I will definitely shop with them again.

Was just trying this site out, but after purchasing my tires this will definitely be my go to place. Got the same tire for a cheaper price and faster delivery than I did from another site last year. Great prices and surprisingly got my order to me way quicker than I thought. Seemed like it was next day but without paying for shipping.
