It was like a blessing the day i discovered about your articles on narcissisms and since then i have been able to understand with whom i am married and also now am in a better position to understand his behaviour. He is a sick person and all the time i was thinking about what i did or say something wrong that provoke him to go after other women and so on. Thanks to you dear Madam, i feel more human now. So many times i wanted to just finish with my life and then the thought of my daughters being alone stopped me and i think may be God also wanted to me to save myself. Today even though the hurt is still so present, but now after reading Mrs Melanie's emails i know that i am not the faulty one and i feel more and more confidant and realise my worth. I came across Melanie a few years ago when I was broken, depressed and even suicidal. I'm so great full that I found Mel and her work that she is so passionate about. Since doing the NARP program I've never looked back and haven't felt this great in years. I love that it's all about healing our selves and I totally agree with this. Since I first started Melanie's program my life has shifted in incredible ways. With both her wisdom and her personal experience having gone through this crazy and horrific ordeal herself she knew exactly what I was going through and what I was dealing with. I was so pleased to be sent a link to one of Melanie's videos. They are very inspirational. I have started getting her daily emails and am feeling hopeful for a complete recovery. I feel her method makes so much sense, healing the original trauma that caused me to draw in a narcissist, that I am going to start the home course she offers. I have only been involved with Melanie's program for a couple of weeks. I am already feeling more empowered than ever in my life. I understand why I have not been able to move forward with my life. I am able to reflect within myself to heal within rather than trying to find ways to change myself and adapt to the abuse I have encountered for so many years.
I could not help but wonder why I kept finding myself in the same type of relationship with the same type of emotional abuser. In the beginning they were all very different but with time, in a different way, that I did not recognize they all destroyed me inside out.

If ever I questioned my experience or my feelings or my relationship, Melanie and her site and her work helped me to know I was not crazy or not alone. Going through narcissistic abuse is definitely something that people who have not been through it do not understand and by the time you are looking for help, at least for me, you are without much support or understanding. There were times where it was only Melanie's work and community that gave me the strength to know that I can get through this and there is hope to come out on the other side, even if I can't see it at the moment.
