They took a months money at the same time without my permission or knowledge
I asked for my money back the next day, the operator was so rude, wouldn't let me talk, couldn't understand her but she wouldn't let me speak, my voice got louder and louder but she still wouldn't stop, I asked for the refund repeated over and over again, finally cut her off
They cancelled my future payments and stopped my subscription there and then, I only had it half a day, they didn't let me have the 3 day trial I wanted or finish what I paid for
