I recently purchased a product online through meesho. Unfortunately, I've encountered a recurring problem with product delivery and obtaining a refund.

Whenever I reach out to their customer service, I've been informed that my product was mistakenly marked as delivered in their system, even though it hasn't reached me. They've been kind enough to raise support tickets and promise to investigate the issue. However, the frustrating part is that after seven days, I receive an email stating that the product has been delivered by another person, which is not the case at all.

This situation has left me feeling extremely frustrated. I understand that even famous apps can make mistakes, but this level of inconsistency is unacceptable. I've paid for a product I haven't received, and the delay in resolving the issue is equally disappointing.

My sincere request is that I either receive my product by November 6th, as promised, or a prompt refund of my hard-earned money. I believe that customer satisfaction should be a top priority for any reputable app, and I hope my issue can be resolved quickly to maintain that reputation.

I trust that meesho can take this feedback seriously and improve their product delivery and customer service processes.

Sub Order ID **************_1 supposed to reach by 31st oct,advising me 3 delivery attempts did,but we haven't received any call. Need my money refund.

Meesho Fraud

Meesho A fraud Online Store.with Non reliable delivery system.
I ordered a Garba dress for my Daughter.Meesho Delivered a torn piece of cloth.I booked return for the product,got pick up OTP from Sadowfx their delivery partner they picked up the parcel.
Now Meesho is Saying they had not taken back the product.
It's a big Disappointment and Mental harassment i am going through because of the Same.
I suggest you all be Careful while shopping from Meesho it's a fraud and Non reliable Online store.

Fraud, Cheating customer, worst customer service

Meshoo is completely fraud and very worst customer service. I have ordered five to six products only one was good 2nd one which i ordered was not delivered product was with seller, but they played drama as if it got delivered, even when I tried reaching customer care they din provide a solution, after fighting in several calls they cancelled and returned money, 3rd product which i ordered was incompleted product, I ordered for 6 bangle but only only 2. Then 4th product was defective, even prefered option like all kind of return, they did not accept my return even thought it was defective, after fighting with customer care they accepted for return, finally i came to know that it drama and completely fraud, they din send any one for pickup after three days got notification as returned failed. Finally I din get money. It's complete fraud, please don't use Meshoo. Apart from above, their will be very late delivery and more

Meeso is such a third grade aap and there customer service is pathetic. If you placed an order they will deliver forcefully in a wrong address. Because it was prepaid. Before delivery they can't give a call also. If you ask help to customer care they have only one irritating sentence" we are very sorry for the inconveniences" basically this aap is a scam. Worst aap

Very bad meesho

Meesho is a very thief... Firstly, they give wrong products and on top of that, they create problems for pickup...They don't even refund the money in time...Meesho is a thief and a dacoit...not good at all Meesho.You will not become a big man by eating poor people's money, on the contrary, your business will sink, this is my advice...

Pathetic service

There customer service is very pathetic, the executive talks very badly with the customers and there return services are worst bcoz there couriers partner never call you for ur return parcel and they will mention failed attempt. This is disgusting behavior can't be tolerated. If u can't work properly u shouldn't have been on this platform

Messo is afraid mobile app

My request to all northeast people. Don't buy any from this app they are doing fraud with north east people. I purchase a product ( 3 unit) from this app they charge me higher then mrp and when I refund the product (3 unit) they refund me 1 unit price. I call the customer care they are saying they can not refund my remaing amount this is a fraud with common people

Pathetic service

Have ordered 3 items on September 13th 2023. Have paid money online for these 3 products but till date order is not been delivered. Sad part is all the items been received at HSR Layout warehouse a week back but it's not been delivered.

Have made a complaint on the same to customer care three days back on the same. They said that they will take immediate action on the same. But zero responsibility. Got 3 complaint ticket numbers for the same. No action on the delivery.

Do not order any items by seeing cheap items and get it into trap. They never deliver as per your expectation. Request Sellers also do note this on this App's pathetic service.This is my humble suggestion to everyone. Better use other app services who deliver items fast.

Worst Delivery Service

I'm very much disappointed with the behaviour of the delivery person every time I order something from Meesho. My number is *******347. If any concerned person from this online shopping platform is reading my review you can check through which courier partner my parcel were delivered & do the needful. The guy who came to deliver my parcel called me & the first sentence he said was 'This is regarding Meesho delivery. If you want your parcel come & collect it otherwise, I'm gonna cancel it" & that too in a rude manner. This happened many times. If same thing happens again I'm definitely gonna stop buying anything from Meesho

I bought one kurti. And they delivered completely different item. While returning back, they said that kurti is not picked up. But i already returned it back. Now they are denying to give me refund. It is so disgusting and untrusted. We use to trust and so we use to do online payment but now while returing back they are denying. It is not only one case you can fine so many complaints regarding return. Please dont buy any product from meesho, its a trap.

Meesho customer support_ 6361.890.044 executive I was supplied a saree which was never ordered by me. It was COD order. As it was not clear from where order was received I took the packet paying Rs 751 assuming it is received from Myntra. I have been trying to return the product to Meesho but they have not picked it despite various requests. Now they have stopped responding to my calls. So everyone may note that meesho is a total fraud company. Please never buy anything from them otherwise you may also face same treatment from them.

Worst delivery partner coupled with rude and misbehaviour of delivery boy.
Go for shopping with trusted sites like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio.

Cheating continuously if you order anything more than one quantity they are sure to cheat you by sending 1 product and not refunding the other products value. Continuously I have been cheated for thrice.This time I had opening video then also they said they don't have policy to refund.I am a very old customer of Meesho but last few months I have bitter experiences.They should be named as Cheatsho

"Fraud"- #scammer

I ordered this product and received the wrong sizes. So I returned my order. The delivery person came and received the pickup, and I shared the OTP with him, but I couldn't receive any receipt for their side. After one day, I called the delivery person, and he said to me, "I think I forgot to mark," so I told him, Okay, please check and confirm it. During this, I was continuously getting MSG and calls for product pickup regarding After 5 days, I connected with Meeso Help Chat. After a long discussion, they raised the ticket, and they said my problem would be resolved in 4-5 days. After 5 days, I got new mail again. They said, "My problem will resolve in 4-5 days. I got the same mail three times. They are not ready to resolve my problem and are not understanding it. After 12 days, my problem has not been resolved, and they are listening to their courier partner, not their customer. So it's clear for me that they are working for the courier partner; they have a soft corner for them and not for the customer.
