You have to write a mail to delete your account and specifically ask to delete all affiliated information for them to do so, scammy.

STAY AWAY PLEASE! This company is a total scam. I should've realized that when I went to pay and my credit card came back as a fraudulent purchase. Every account they will send you are FAKE, and every page has the same pictures. Mostly wrestlers and volleyball players. They also sent over some mildly sexual accounts. I plan on reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and disputing my fees. I am now worried I have jeopardized my account. Numbers are NOT worth it. You will regret having any contact with this company.

This "company" is a complete con. I "bought" 5,000 followers. I got 5,000 bots and fake accounts that made my account look completely fake. So I complained. And complained. And they kept reducing my followers and adding more junk. So I asked for my money back because there is a "30 day guarantee." HA! They insisted that they could not refund my money because my account was "pending." Then when they finally got rid of all of the followers, they told me they couldn't refund my money because my account "no longer existed." I have reported them to the BBB and my state's attorney general and am contesting the charge. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM.

I purchased 1K Facebook Video Views that the site advertises will be delivered between 1 to 2 days. 2 days passed and I sent multiple emails over the next several days asking for delivery status but the "Johny Walker" customer service agent kept stringing me along claiming the views will be "delivered soon". 11 days later and the views were not delivered so I took the video off of public, switched it to private, and sent an email asking for a refund. I get an email later from this scammer asking for the video link again so they can finally deliver the views. I made the video public again and gave the site 24hrs to deliver which they failed again. So after 13 days of and no views delivered I have no choice but to label this site a pure scam. Don't waste your money on this site.
