Update 11/18: Support responded, and the information was helpful, so I am updating to 3 stars.
Additionally, they confirmed their support hours with the following:
"We are available on chat on this timing, Weekdays: 8.30 PM - 12.30 AM PST and 1.30 AM - 5.00 AM PST"

I tried to buy some of their services, but before doing so I asked the online support some clarification question, since there was no FAQs on the website to explain what one was vs the next for some of their product choices that was not self-explanatory.
Note, support initially answered some questions then when I asked one more he appears like he disappeared completely and did not return. I waited for awhile and then the chat eventually showed a closed message, as it said it exited due to inactivity.
So I figured since it was early in the morning, and I had to get some shut eye before getting up again to go to work; I would just follow-up with them via email. As the chat allowed you to send a message.
And After submitting the message, it looked like it automatically created a support ticket. So I went to bed...hoping they will follow-up...but nothing yet.
So, I went back to website ater 11am EST and now its 12:47PM EST, as I left the stuff in my cart, so that after I got the answer, it would help me know if I needed to change something in the cart or add something else.
So, I was also hoping support would come back online and facilitate a quick chat, then I could ask them to close the ticket and finalize my selection and make the purchase. However, support was still not around in the afternoon, though they were there at 1am EST, so if its not 24/7 chat support, I am not sure what are their operating/working hours and service support. So I am still trying to figure that out.
Anyhow, I decided to still make a choice but with a lesser amount for testing. As I could always add more later, when support got back to me.
However, when I went to check out, it would not allow me to use my business bank card to make the purchase, which is extremely odd, since there is more than adequate monies in my account to cover it.
I was able to confirm on 11/15 that the problem was with Media Mister's Stripe payment processor that was blocking the card in the checkout.
As their checkout just gave a message that its unable to authenticate, try a different card.
While the said card have no problems working on other platforms, and I reconfirmed this on 11/15, when I was able to buy services from 2 other online vendors using the same card using their Google Psy option.
*Will update my ratings, if Media Mister support is able to respond to my last questions via email or make chat support available again on their website.

Ask as much questions as needed to understand what you are buying and if you get blocked from chat and/or check out, thats a big enough red flag, so don't ignore it.
