I wrote a couple days ago regarding the status of my order. I don't have any way to view my tracking because all it gives you is a QR code, and you need a smart phone for that. It would be nice if there was actual tracking info listed on my order page. It also said I would receive an e-mail when my order shipped; there never was one.

Disappointed that my order was so late - and arrived in 2 separate orders 2 days apart.
I had tried to call, no one answers the phones, you're only told to leave a message, and no one calls back.
I emailed, no reply. I used the messenger on the website, I got a hold of someone once,. They told me the items I ordered were out of stock, yet the website didn't show that,. If I had known, I would have shopped elsewhere. I was informed that if even just 1 pack is still in stock, it'll show as instock...It should indicate that they are out of stock if you're ordering by the case.
I am not sure if i'll shop this site again. Customer service was not great..

I have been using those strips for my coagucheck xs and it has been working wonderfully! They work just as the ones that I used to get through my insurance. I would say be mindful of the expiration date before buying in bulk.

I've been ordering my testing strips off of eBay for several years now. Usually cheaper, but noticed how there were less and less available and the prices were going up. I did another Google search for another source and came across Medacart. Meda offered me a larger supply at a lower overall price than I could get on eBay. DONE! Delivered in less than a week.

There was some confusion when we didn't receive the tube feed bags at the same time as the formula, but a customer service rep explained it to me quickly and clearly and the bags arrived a few days later.

My insurance stopped paying for my libre 2 for legitimate reasons but my medical situation has not been completely resolved so I went out searching for the product I needed. Found it at Medcart with a very competitive price point. Delivery was very prompt.

The product I received was perfect as was my ordering experience.

I placed an order 12 days ago. Delivery promised in 3-5 business days. I have not received my order or notice that it has shipped. Phone calls always go to voicemail. Numerous voicemails, emails, chat messages, no reply. Cancelling PayPal payment. Never doing business with them again.
