Ordered Glucerna with Carb steady for my brother who takes this as his sole nutrient tube feeding. Chose this online site since the prices are best for this specific food.
First time I ordered it took like a week for them to ship out out boxes of food. This isn't the worst I guess but compared to ordering abbottnutrion and Medline, usually ship out at most, a day later. Second time I ordered, I ordered 4 boxes and they only sent three. Appearantly their system only registered an order for three boxes, despite my order confirmation/receipt being for four boxes. This caused another big delay for receiving tube feeding. These boxes are expensive usually $90-100.
Now I think it might be a good site for anyone who needs Glucerna and can order more than 2 week supply of food, but for my family this would be simply unaffordable and having to order more than a week in advance to make sure we receive the order in time.

My scrip was delivered as indicated in the e-mail I received. It was my error as I thought UPS delivered and i was not able to locate. After further review I saw USPS as the deliverer. It was in my mail box. I did send another e-mail so indicating. All is good and the product is working. Thank you!
My experience was poor. I ordered a few items and waited 3 business days for tracking information. I sent an email requesting tracking it was ignored. I contacted my credit card compony the next day and received a refund since there was zero response. I was going to order elsewhere. The following day the order shows up no tracking no response. Surprising this level of customer service exist today it was annoying and now I am trying to get this company to send me an invoice so I can pay for this order. Could of been a good experience with a tiny bit of customer service and a modern system to provide order processing information.
Service was exceptional, and we received our order well in advance of the estimated time.

Needed strips placed an order, took over a week to get notification but no one answered the phone or email? Assumed it was not being filled and ordered from somewhere else? Then after contacting CC Company everything got shipped?
Took my money and never delivered the products. Ordered a month ago. No response to numerous emails requesting a refund or the product. You cannot call and get anyone to answer the phone for an attempt to resolve the issue or get updates. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES. They will take your money and run. I would give them zero stars if that was an option.

My husband has a LVAD and needs to get an INR every week. His insurance doesn't provide for an in- home testing kit, but luckily we were given one by someone who no longer needs it. We needed more testing strips and Medacart was able to obtain them for us. I checked the expiry date was good and ordered enough for 24:weeks. The kit will make traveling so much easier for us.

1st time trying Medacart to order INR test strips after metering company was unable to send strips due to "insurance restrictions" and company would not allow self-pay to order more. The Medacart order was processed promptly & was received within a short time. Ordered the test strips for a family member.

Made an order thru Medacart on 14 Sept. 2023. Credit card billed for $143.98. Given a shipping number but item was not shipped on 20 Sept at which time sent email to customer service since, numerous phone calls went unanswered, and told them to cancel order and refund money. No answer but received order on 27th of Sept. Notified company numerous ways, and informed them that we had cancelled order and wanted money back. Finally heard from them on 15 Oct. They wanted pics of box. Sent to them next day. After numerous tries finally got to talk to lady with first name of Kim. She said that she would send a label Viva our Email. She did and we sent ordered item back. Called numerous times and sent letter to company, never received call back, refund or answer to letter. Sent a letter to the BBB in Tarrytown NY. Nov 30, still have not heard back from them. I gave them a Rating of one because it's the lowest i can, I don't believe they deserve this. Deal with these people at your own risk.
Based upon my experience over the past couple of years, I would recommend you NOT go near this company for any supply you ever have any hope of receiving. I have expeirenced nothing other than lengthy delays for simple INR test strips. Then, I ordered in August, 2023 and on September 4,2023 they charged my credit cared $143.98 for the product, but never shipped it. USPS Tracking still shows it as not shipped (only that the shipping label was printed). I emailed, I called, multiple times, and they will not responde to me. I have now had Bank of America take up the dispute and to credit my card in the full amount until they respond. Do not go near this company. Based upon my experience they have shown themselves to be slow, incompetent and completly and totally uncaring in the customer service department. Don't do it!
