The item I ordered was delivered quickly…. Within 6 days.
And the price was competitive
I had a medical testing kit on regular reorder. Somehow the wrong one arrived, but it looked similar enough in both name and packaging that I didn't realize that it was the wrong product. That is until I get ready to leave on an international trip. I hurriedly contacted Medacart. They sent the product I needed at no additional charge on two day shipping so I received it before my trip.
Somehow my work address had populated in the system when I placed an order. Thankfully it was returned back to Medacart and I was able to get hold of Kim in customer support that took care of this issue. She corrected my address and had it shipped to a UPS store that held it for me for pick up. Outstanding!

We have been ordering these from another source and would sometime wait weeks for delivery. These test strips were delivered before the delivery date promised and we less expensive.
The sensors didn't arrive when they said that they should be here and I didn't receive tracking information. The link to let them know that I didn't receive the sensors was the wrong address, but I figured out an address that worked. I emailed multiple times with no response. I tried the chat feature with no response. The sensors showed up today, but I have canceled future shipments.
