We are a non-profit, and are always trying to find the best way to stretch our funds. Medacart seemed like a great option. However, it's been nearly 2 weeks since we place a $1000.00 order, and have had no further communication from them, despite an estimated delivery time that has already passed. I have emailed them and gotten no response. The order shows confirmed but not shipped on their website. Beginning to think it's just another scam, and I will need to contact our bank to get our money back.
I have a standing order for a product every nine months and I receive a reminder and then the item with no problems at all!

I ordered 6 tracheostomy tunes from this website last July 20th and it has almost been a month, and I only received 2 out of 6 items that I ordered from them. No one is giving me updates or calls if I didn't insist to chat or call them. Trashy business. Will never order again.
