I ordered in July and my agent was terrible. I initiated every single call. It is now September 13 2019 and I FINALLY have my furniture. The entire MDG company is terrible. From the people answering the phone placing you on hold before you can even say hello to the "supervisors" that never call back. I will not recommend anyone to MDG AGAIN!

During the entirety of the sign up and application processes, the checking with the bank, and making sure everything was as it was supposed to be camo I can't say it enough that these people are amazing. They have all the answers to all the tough questions, and for the equipment they offer the prices really cannot be beat. Although we have yet to receive our equipment camo we have been kept apprised of everything along the way. We even got a phone call stating that if the equipment was damaged in any way, they would gladly and immediately take it back and expedite shipping of a new piece of equipment, discount it, and then discount it again for the time that we were deprived of the original piece. How can you say thank you and wow enough to something like that, like this lol. Thank you MDG, Sears wouldn't finance me with good credit and you did, I'm so grateful for your services and product line. I'm an MDG customer for life.

The experience was good, I talked with Luka. The only problem was he never called me back to know if they would be able to approve me. I received a call from verification that my order was ship to I assumed they had approved me. The only other problem was shipping they don't explain that the product is coming from Canada which has to go through custom and will take almost a week. Overall I'm happy product arrived new and looks great and runs greats.

Payments allow easy pay back with automatic payments drafted from checking account. Order arrived... to my disappointment one of the packages completely sealed was empty. Contacted customer service and the sales team and did not hear anything back. Does Spotify still awaiting any form a phone call or email back on my account. I don't want a refund I only want the product that I had ordered.
