I placed this order in July and I'm just now getting my product September 18th. It shouldn't of took 2 months to receive a product

Firstly you guys have a wide selection of different things and items that grab the eye. You also offer a credit and bank option which is amazing for those who don't have the money to afford things right then and there. Your customer service is unmatched you call me and make sure everything is okay and that you always make sure anything besides the main problem is solved you guys are great.

Great Products the shipping and verification stages take awhile. Still waiting for items but im tracking them. Other than that seems great will leave another review when i receive items.

The process so far has taken a long time. There's been several phone calls and emails. Fundsvcame out of my account early in the morning and the item still has not shipped, 2 days later.

If your 1st payment is received, you will receive a call from the verification department within 2 business days, to confirm shipping details and future payment plan.
I was not happy about the tablet, the PS4 earphones and the PS4 controller not in a packaged box because by it being left at my door anyone could have taken it. I suggest in the future that all items should be packed in boxes. These were Christmas gifts for my daughter's and the tablet was seen by the daughter I got it for which was a real disappointment.

A lot of back and forth. When I finally paid my first payment and awaiting my call back to confirm shipping, I am told my item is no longer available. I ask when it will be back in stock? I am told they do not know and for me to check the site daily and if it pops up let them know. Really? Not very customer centric and you have to do alot of price verification. Prices change and they don't tell you unless you check on it and call them out on it.
They could not deliver product on the actual due date They said it wasn't at the dock so they could not give me that date I was scheduled
Setting up the account is very confusing and takes a number of calls. It's a confusing process. Waiting on word when order will arrive

I applied and got denied all though it says no credit or bad credit. I called to see why I was denied and they tried telling me I never applied to go back and apply. I have the denial email
Thank you for your feedback! The credit score is not the only and deciding factor when it comes to application-decision formula. MDG does finance to plenty of clients who don't necessarily have the best credit or zero credit.
You should receive an email stating the reason why your application is not approved at the time and we encourage you to reapply in 3-6 months as then it will be based on a new credit assessment.
