I have had a fabulous experience with MDG. I first financed an amazing Lenovo ideaPad laptop which I absolutely love. I enjoyed the experience so much I went on to finance a Samsung surround sound system. The customer service at MDG is top notch. I have never had an issue.
Happy as I could expect to be with my ASUS laptop I believe it to be a quality product. The salesman need to be more honest or make it a point to correctly caracterize the extended warranty. I was led to believe that it was adding three years to the 1 year that was included. It was only adding two years and the accidental damage protection wasnt for the life of the warranty. It only covers to fix accidental damage one time. Also the product needs better start up instructions and along with the S/N and Model number include a list of all hardware and software info. Had wrong info on ASUS site provided by MDG when I logged in.
My stove broke at the most difficult time then I remembered my MDG account and I had a new stove within days. Great Service - Great Products - easy payments

I am normally not an online electronics person but they made it so easy to order complete payments and shipping. I didn't have to wait long at all for my 55 in curve tv and XBox one to arrive and the set up was so simple. It took more time deciding when I was going to mount the item then it was to place the order. The picture and smartness of the tv is what really is a delight. I find myself looking for any excuse to use all the apps proved. I highly recommend to purchase from them again and again. Thanks for making my family entertainment that much more enjoyable.
