Mediocre EDITED - thanks MDG!

First - the MDG team was great. The ordering process was easy, and all the representatives I spoke to were informative and were in contact in a timely matter. The delivery service they use was mediocre at best, but it should be stated that youre expected to do all the lifting yourself. They also arrived days before expected delivery without speaking to me - it was just by luck I was home. The couch and loveseat are poor quality and began sagging in several places within a couple weeks. The cushions are very thin and the spring can be felt. Also the couch and loveseat are more blue than they appear in the picture.

EDIT - MDG saw my 2 star mediocre review and quickly contacted me to come to an agreement that I feel is fair. Excellent customer service!

Dissatisfied

I was given a delivery date and time which I agreed to because it fit my schedule perfectly. I cleared my furniture out to make room for the new chairs.
On the assigned day I sat and waited for the delivery. I waited until the latest time I was given, plus another half hour. I had to go to work where I received a call 45 minutes after the latest time. I could not go back to get my things and told the person I was talking to that I had no where to sit because I had cleared out my old furniture.
They were going to set me up for a new date a week later. I told them of my situation and we got a new delivery date 2 days later.
My issue is, if you cannot deliver in the promised time frame, don't promise that time frame.
The timing I was offered was perfect down to the minute. If you are going to be late give me a call and we can arrange something else then. Or I could have gotten a hold of someone to be there later.

I'm just going to keep this simple. The service that they provide is useful when it comes to getting products, but the customer service is just absolutely horrible. I have tried multiple times reaching out to MDG to get a Windows 10 system restore disc for both the desktop and the MDG Flex 2 in 1. Months and months later, nothing. I have tried sending numerous emails, I contacted their FB page a couple of times which the rep said they would get somebody to contact me, and nothing... Unfortunately, I have to rate them low not for the product service they offer but for this horrible customer service. I still have no system restore discs, and I need to reformat. So, I am going to have to fork out extra money to buy Windows 10 so that I can have an OS because they refuse to answer my request to send the system restore discs.

SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

When I first called MDG it was hard to figure out there process... but once everything got settled and worked out how to pay and when to pay it was great. Smooth sailing. I got an awesome couch and chair set... what was interesting was they came in boxes at first I thought that was weird but then I thought wow for all those people who can't get a couch through there door this is excellent. Im very happy with MDG I'm also happy that they are willing to work with your schedule of when to pay. Thank you MDG

Horrible customer service

One laptop came with a stain on it. The free tablet is useless. Somehow my manufacturer warranty is only at 7 months even though the computer was supposed to be brand new.

People don't do their jobs when they say things being getting the run around. Couch returned money was still taking from my account for a purchase i do not have.

The laptop is great. A Lot of information required because of that it took two weeks to get the laptop. In the long run it was worth it we needed something decent and didnt want to pay cash. The cost was only 10% over retail so better then a rent to own store. We will likely do business with MDG again if we need to.

Outstanding Customer Service!

I have made 4 purchases over the years with MDG and have never had a problem. Everything has always arrived quickly and without damage.
I have to say that their Customers Service has been OUTSTANDING... even when I made an error, they did not penalize me!

Long wait for delivery

Delivery is not quick enough. Waiting too long for something that should take days. My last order was a laptop and it came in a few days. This time a TV and stand and is delivered tomorrow when I ordered it a while ago.

Delivery issues

Great service however always seems to be delivery issues with bigger items. Ordered a couch and it was delivered a week later than what was said online.
