Still waiting on the TV delivery I live 2 hours away from the original shipping place and it has been moved from Orangeville to missasuga to Woodstock over the past 5 days makes no sense to me it's been in Woodstock since Friday so 30min away I could have picked it up faster.
The overall experience was good once the verification process(a bit slow and tedious) was completed.
The individuals I dealt with were polite and professional.

I ordered a laptop and received it after the delivery driver decided he didnt feel like delivering my package and dropped it off at a pickup center, upon looking at my product there was a manufacturing defect (no webcam installed), after bringing this up with mdg i was swiftly told to contact the warranty and put it through my warranty however i was not going to wait an addition 7-10 business days not including shipping back and fourth so i contacted mdg once again asking ither they issue me a new product or take this product back and i would like to terminate the policy, the first person i spoke with refused to do anything and only wanted me to use my warranty. I asked to speak to a supervisor and wqs refused and told that i could be directed to a voicemail which i wanted to speak to someone. Realizing i was at a standstill i hung up and called back for another person, this person immediately issued me a new product and had the defective unit picked up the following day. However a 3 buisness days later i still have not received the new product or an accurate/working tracking number. Overall im very dissatisfied with my service and as it stands right now im contemplating cancelling my policy.

We ship by two different carriers - CEVA and UPS and their time frame are different. The time frame for the tv is 5-8 business days.

On 4/7 I placed an order with MDG for payment to be taken from my Savings account went through all the Verification's only for the payment to be drafted from my Checking account an account I never used. Due to the return of payment I had to jump through 1000 hoops including having the bank write a letter advising MDG they drafted it improperly. My order was reprocessed and on May 25th the payment was reran (The delay of a month + was due to MDG verifying everything with my bank). So when my order was redone they were advertising the TV package I ordered on their site for $1149. Yet the representative that processed my order is charging the order at $1489. He can not and has not explained why the price jumped $300 nor will he correct it. As of today my order still has not shipped and I have been told countless times we will correct the price of the order, we will be doing free priority shipping due to the delays, and I will add a free tablet as well as the free camera that was set to be included already. Yet again they call me today to say your order will ship on Monday I am sure of it. The same lines I have heard for weeks now... Disappointing to say the least

They came in such a great mood, it also put me in a good mood. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. The only thing I can say, is there seemed to be the excessive calls. The confirmation, the set up, the appointment, then the call to remind you of the appointment, and a call to set up pay cycle. Seemed like a lot of it could have been condensed to a single call. The reminder of delivery was appreciated.

You can't pay on the website or over the phone. Once you sign up, they assign you to a specific person and won't deal with you, unless you talk to that one person. I was having so many problems that I just cancelled my order and went with flexshopper.com I would not recommend MDG to anyone.

Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs.
