Lack of training

I was explained one price and your verification department changed it. I called back was told it would be the original price. It was never fixed and I was frustrated until my final call.

Save a tree!
June 9, 2018

It was my experience and discover. I don't get mail from Bill collector any longer. Since the idea of save a tree came into effect, ever bill is on your computer. Making the process for verification of address at Mdg very hard and time consuming. Thinking to myself, is there not another way? Example: Mdg would not be able to withdraw funds with out the correct information. Such as "address match"! The fact is, my bank Scotiabank will not process if you do not have matching information. Again,, addresses are required in all online banking transactions. I hope this will assist me the next time I order from Mdg.

Not satisfy

I am not satisfied with my last experience with MDG.

I bought a sofa and a reclining chair.

These were delivered to my house but the driver left the complete order on the ground.

He was not allowed to take the furniture in, because he said the shipping costs did not include the complete delivery of the furniture.

It was my children who had to put the furniture inside. It was very heavy, especially for a young woman.

A charge of more than $ 500 of delivery was charged to me and we had to take our furniture in the house ourselves.

I do not think I will buying furniture again at MDG.

VERY GOOD EXPIERENCE

Quick and easy to deal with, shipping took a little while because it came out of Canada but well worth it. The bed is extremely comfortable and was a great price. Great to use for financing and very affordable, currently renovating an 1800's Victorian that's quite large and couldn't afford to buy a bed out right these guys got us what we needed and got me approved within minutes. I would give them a shot ill be buying again from them

Fair experience

I am a bit unsatisfied because this took to long in many ways. 1st the finance dept always asking for so many documents, it was just so depressing about having to find documents with address when everything nowadays is via email instead of paper. 2nd you wont ship out my merchandise without a 1st payment, then you ship out everything via snail mail in which it takes over a week to arrive to me & by then you have gotten a 2nd payment & I don't have my merchandise yet but you got 2 payments already. Which is kind of like buying a car with no doors and windows. But hopefully someday the tablets will arrive. Now i am not saying this as per the products because i haven't received them yet. But it seemed like a lot of obstacles to overcome just for them to say yes to me. They couldn't verify my address, they wanted my bank screen shots which i only use on my mobile device never used my online website, had to jump hoops with the bank just to get a password reset. Overall i can not complain against them for the products.
