Reasonable experience, easy enough to order. Lacking communication strength on the companies part. Generic emails sent out claiming they have attempted to contact me multiple times. This was not the case. At the end of the day the process is easy enough if your willing to do the majority of the leg work.

While it was easy enough to get approved, the placing of the order involved so many extra steps. Several phone calls to confirm information repeatedly and then zero confirmation or communication in regard to shipping and was never given a tracking number. All the representatives I spoke to were very helpful and pleasant.

First off I was promised fast delivery, then after additional paperwork which to me was to much info. To have something expedited never was expedited. In fact when I called or emailed NO RETURN CALLS. Then after waiting 2 weeks finally got goods and tv stand was told went CEVA shipping and in fact went UPS GROUND was piece of furniture that was all broke when received. After waiting 2 weeks was useless to me for $349.00 Seriously. I was dealing with Dan who after order was complete you cannot get a call. So upset..

When you say up to 3200 in credit you should state including taxes and delivery fees. I have been affected by this before and as a former customer I was baffled to see another credit inquiry on my credit monitor

Very efficient and kept to promises in site. One problem is length of delivery. Which I haven't received yet, of my order. It isn't suppose to be here in Tacoma, Washington! Price was good. Customer service was super.

Shipping time depends on your location and weight of the product. Your order was shipped on June 8th and the delivery time frame is from 3-10 business days.
