ETA arrival keeps changing... this is the second time I ordered from them and the same thing g happened
I ordered a laptop and a TV at the same time got my laptop yesterday haven't heard anything about my TV and it's about 15 days
I also sent an email this morning and still don't have a response to it
I think most of the product mdg have good value price and some of them not but i take it this way if there is good there is bad so its ok for me this is 4th product i bought from MDG
Everyone I talked to was friendly and willing to talk to me about the products I was ordering. Everything moved at a quick pace and I am excited about getting my products today.

They charge a ridiculous fee for shipping thru a company named "Same Day Shipping" then tell you it's going to be 5-10 business days for delivery. Gouging at its finest.

The call was reviewed and the verification representative you spoke to September 18th did advise it will take 10-14 business days. " SAMEDAY" is the company's name and they DO NOT deliver on the SAME DAY.

I will recommend MDG! The service and delivery is very precise. I was worried at first but the whole process went smoother than I expected.
I don't like the waiting process! I did everything ask of me. My money was taking out my account and the process of waiting to receive product is very disappointing.

I ordered the king mattress set. This includes foundation. Yet only the mattress arrived. When I contacted customer service I spoke to IGOR who argued incessantly that I didn't order a foundation. He said yes the photo shows it but my order didn't include one. He asked me to send him a screenshot of my order. I did... he again said. No you don't get a foundation... I asked him. Then why does my order say set he said no foundation comes with this. He argued my point over 20 minutes. I asked for a manager. I was thinking hung up on. I called again on Monday and low and behold I did order a set and it was an error that my foundation didn't arrive... IM still waiting for my foundation! Igor needs some lessons in customer service

My full order hasn't been delivered. Waiting as I didn't know the tv was to ship seperate front the test is f the order. I was told I'd get a call yesterday and I never did. I don't know which address the tv is going to. I wasn't required to show identification in order to sign for my packages

Delivery normally takes 7-10 business days but you do receive a call in 3-5 business days to arrange delivery date. As per the tracking number, the package was picked up from the terminal.

I must admit I was skeptical of a company that offered customers to buy things on payments, I reserved my opinion until I actually received my purchase. They requested proof of income and proof of address, which was understandable, and after my first payment, I was still unsure, I became a little more trusting when they provided me with a tracking number. There was a snag with UPS where one of my packages were coded incorrectly, and the other package was going to be delayed due
