My experience buying this gaming laptop through MDG was great. They have a unique verification process of ordering and shipping to ensure it is fact you making the order. Shipping was surprisingly fast. However, they did NOT disguise that I was being sent a laptop. The box was not covered in any means. The laptop seems to be running very well. It is fast and there does not seem to be any issues so far. I would recommend this laptop and MDG to others who are looking for a rent-to-own option on electronics, ect. Thank you!

Good overall but slow delivery service. Sameday sucks. Takes too long to receive items and didnt receive a tracking number or address to find out where it is.
I am confused on how MDG is handling my business. I was granted a $2500 credit limit and I ordered a PS4 Pro and everything is fine with it. While I was waiting for shipping I lost my entourage credit limit and now it states I'm denied Credit from MDG and MDG has ran my credit twice as hard inquiries and dropped my credit score.
How can I be granted a $2500 credit limit and then make a purchase and have my remaining credit taken away and my credit ran again all within a few days?
I was never told that my credit would be taken away, I only discovered this after my item had shipped.
This should be made aware to consumers before they make a first purchase.

Your current order was invoiced on September 24th. Once a new order is invoiced, you must wait 6 months before proceeding with a new purchase to allow a payment history to be built with your financing. You should see the credit availability return on the file around March, and it will be the remaining credit that you did not use + any additional credit that has been built up during that time as you make your payments. Since this was just invoiced, you can still contact Customer Service at 1-800-906-0976 x 352 to see if it is possible to add something to this order if you would have liked to finance more items, so long as it is done within 30 days from now. As for the inquiries, if you attempted to reapply for more credit it would then in turn require another inquiry. In the future, you need not reapply, as when credit is aailable to you to use, it's shown on your online account and you are given an option to shop and order without creating a new application.
They are a little extreme the way it is setup it took a few days but was please with the flexibility and price thanks mdg

Delivery window of 9am to 2pm on a Saturday. I pass on overtime for the morning to get the delivery. I wake up at 9am and while brushing my teeth miss the call. It was 9:01am from a private number. Gone. I receive a call at 11am and assured I will get my delivery. Nothing, I pass on overtime for the afternoon waiting for my items. Now I am rescheduled for a window of 9am-3pm and informed that there was system issues on Saturday. I again have now passed on overtime for tomorrow hoping to get my items.

I am as treated very well but I could have bought a house faster. They kept asking for more and more things rather then just ask for everything at once. The process was frustrating and long.

But not happy with the computer,, its slow and very out dated,, its been doing updates for allmost a week after getting it, so this means it has been sitting in a warhouse for a year, my old cell phone works better atleast i can watch videos on it,,

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
