I dealt with a gentleman named "Zack" the first TV I ordered was damaged. Without hesitation Zack let me upgrade to a bigger and better TV. It was shipped immediately and the 2nd one is absolutely perfect! I felt that Zack was very understanding and willing to work with me on this matter. We ordered a PS4 Pro and a 50" TV. I had to make 3 monthly down payments which was okay. We received the PS4 like 2 days after it was shipped. However the TV was sent through a different courier and it has so far taken a week to get delivered despite it being in my province. The estimated delivery date was 5 days ago. I like the MDG products however i think they need to fix something with this certain delivery method.

I've received two of three items. The two I did receive the boxes were mangled. One of the packages literally had stuff falling out not to mention it was just left on my porch and no one has got back to me about the third part of my order. The delivery service sameday is terrible. No customer service what so ever. I urge you mdg do not use sameday they are going to discredit your name every time.

Ordering is very easy... The whole process is simple. The only bad thing I didn't like in my last order they used Ceva to ship my TV and Ceva wouldn't work with me for a time of delivery. I've never heard of that company before.

The bed is awesome amazing sleeps for the first time in 13 yrs. The sheets make.me feel at peace when I crawl in. The electronics are helping with healthy diet and my PTSD to connect with others through xbox live.
