Breaking the Law?

In Michigan is it not suppose to be that a company sells a price that is posted and not charge higher before charging a sign? Think this is called THE BOUNTY LAW... Today I guess prices were going up but they had not gotten them posted and had a line up in the drive thru. To top it off they have not had a readable receipt in that drive-thru for MONTHS. I had requested over and over to have one I could read for a game I like to play with receipts. This they said over and over would be correct that day but for months shows they are just out and out right liars and it has never been corrected. How can anyone even know what they were charged for an item if it cannot be read on the receipt. Someone there best get their act together. Also my drinks had chocolate on the outside of the cup and were not all the way full. Please... lets get with the program and do proper training and stop cheating the customers. This place is on Belleville Rd. Off of 94 in Belleville, Mi *******. Time our city gets better places for us to spend our money. Sure wish we had the McDonalds that they had 50 years ago. Today it is not worth a crap. Cannot b relief how the food has gotten this bad. What a shame...

This girl in back window last night on Jan 10 around 7 in Geneva AL was so rude and I complained to the manager but he didn't do anything about it. They should be fired!

Great taste, but customer service can only go so far when there are so many locations. I was thrown a bag of burgers which had the wrong toppings.

Huh; I tried many times their food but that is not up to mark and nor healthy too. McDonalds should close their restaurant if they cannot provide healthy food.

I mean..

So, as a kid i LOVED mcdonalds and until yesterday i still did but. It had made me sick multiple times, I had to stay home from school due to SEVERE nausea. I found a LEAF and a NEEDLE in ym burger once and i constantly got burnt meat and rotten lettuce in my burgers. Don't recommend, Jack and the Box and In'n Out are much better. Please, spare yourself suffering and go somewhere else.

This morning I went to the McDonalds drive thru on University Blvd near the University of MD main campus. My breakfast order was a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, orange juice, and hotcakes only. The total cost was $12.91 with tax. So, the bagel was a "McBagel", not a good chewy substantial one, but something round with the texture of white bread and no flavor. The egg was nice and fluffy, but the cheese was still cold and not melted a bit, so it made the whole sandwich cold, and the little tiny piece of bacon was about one bite's worth, and thin as it could be. No pepper was served with this. The hotcakes were OK, but the drive thru neglected butter, so I had to use my own at home. Considering the price of $ 4.89 for three average size and average taste hotcakes, you would think McDonald's would give you some butter to go with it. So on to the orange juice. For my $2.79, I got an 8 oz plastic cup of orange juice made from concentrate. The orange juice had a bitter, acidic aftertaste, so nothing close to the quality of a national brand like Minute Made or Tropicana which it should have been for that price. The amount I spent today on a quick breakfast carry out at McDonald's would have gotten me a half dozen eggs, some store brand cheese, Canadian bacon, a name brand orange juice, and a couple great quality bagels at my grocery store. I guess you can expect to pay extra for carry out food, yet must you pay top dollar for truly mediocre quality and missing condiments? Live and learn.

I recently ate at a new McDonalds. The new style minimalist décor sucks. It is about as warm and inviting as the departure lounge of a third rate airport. Two tone gray, silver etc. for colors, yuck!

Very poor service food was barley warm. The service was long. Housekeeping was poor. Working 3 people on a Saturday night with inadequate training no one peer checking and very unorganized at least have someone there with there A game helping. Or just close it down when you don't have adequately trained personnel working. Start training and retrain personnel call it just in time training. Not sure if this store is a franchise or corporate someone need to check this place out. Not just during the day but at night. I do not want my money back because i did not get a receipt like always Kiosk out of paper every time the manager busy trying to make food and put orders together. It's really not their issues it the personnel doing the training. Management. They should have a 2-minute pre job brief when they start there shift and communication would be helpful when making orders. I watch them work none of the 3 are communicating or calling orders. And if your short staff and only have 3 people working close the drive thru or the dining room because the quality of the product is bad. Or close the store at 4 until you get personnel organized and trained.
My order was a fish filet and double cheeseburger med coke and a child's coke. Between 8:45 pm 9:30 Pm In this day in age you should be able to track it with what was sold that day. Also, I now places are short people. But you have to hire people.

I have a reciept that I recieved a McDonalds(5230 S. State HWY 78, Sachse, TX) breakfast value meal in the morning at 8:30 am. By noon, I could not eat my lunch because I felt bad. By 1pm, I was dry heaving in my car as I drove home. Continued to dry heave until about 6 pm that evening. Ended up in the hospital by midnight because I could not even keep water down dehydrating me to the point of needing to go to the hospital. 2 days later, I was back in the hospital because of being "poisoned", days prior, I now had a severe infection in my body! It is perfectly "Legal" here in America for a "Corporation" to poison their customers without the fear of any type of retaliation from their customer!

On 11/17/19 at 5:15 pm went to your McDonald's in Glendora ca located on Glendora ave and Arrow Highway, I had brought my mom in it was her 80 birthday and we were waiting on by this very polite young man I believe his name was moahmad he was so nice to my mom and was kind enough to show her how to use the self serve kiosk, mind you this young man was very busy with your dinner rush hour he seemed to run that whole front end from fry machine to delivering peoples food to there tables, I think you need to be aware what kind of employee you have there, there are to many of these types of reviews that are bad I think the good ones should not go unnoticed that young man is definitely management material. Again I've never seen some one hustle and move so fast got me tired watching him and yet still remain very polite and and thoughtful to all your customers. Matt Alexander Glendora Ca *******815

I went to the Drive Thru today and ordered my reg fish sandwich and a small fries. I paid more because I did not want a drink and it costs more to not have a drink. I get my order and pull away. I reach in the bag to retrieve my items and first thing I get is two straws. No drink ordered. I lay them down and reach in to retrieve the half case of napkins. I go in again and retrieve my fries to see a half little bag of pieces of fries and not real fries. I finally get my sandwich and open the box to see the half piece of cheese hanging out of the sandwich so I open it to put the cheese (can you not afford a whole piece of not cheese) on it and now I know why I have a half case of napkins. It looked like they shot the tartar sauce onto the sandwich and under the sandwich. I had tartar all over my hands. After cleaning my hands up and went to take a bite it was just cold and the pieces of fries were just room temp and hard. They must have scraped the bin for those. Seven dollars and all for nothing. McDonalds must have about 7 cents in the cost of what they served me and I know they had to pay the three people in the restaurant more money but if you do not serve something that people can eat anymore you can look back on the history of all the dead restaurants and you will see your image starting to fade. Not real food, Not good, not inexpensive anymore, not for me.
