Be aware of this site when you are shopping in-game gold! My experience with them is that they are not totally fraudulent, meaning that they do carry inventory but they will make you feel like you got scammed by making up excuses to delay the delivery

I decided to buy maplestory mesos from them after their web ad promised instant delivery with live chat support but it turned out their contact number was not valid and the rep would just come up excuses delaying my delivery. I had to open Paypal dispute and tell them I will not close until I get the gold. The rep actually told me "Fine, you won" and finally the delivery was made. What a hassle.

My advice: Stay away from them, do not fall for their advertisement. If you still want to try, expect a lengthy fight with them for your gold

I got SCREWED by this company. But here's the good news, and I hope anyone in my situation reads this. You can get your money back! That's right. Paypal can't do $#*! for you. So don't even bother filing a dispute with them. Instead, wait for it to post to your credit card. Call your credit card company and explain that you never received the virtual goods. They'll do a chargeback. You'll get your money back and maxgamegold can sit and spin. Chinese mohter$#*!ers. Good luck

This website is ridiculous. 10 days and still nothing. Pay-pal can't do anything about virtual purchases. Wish i had read reviews beforehand. &*$#. $43 for 15K gold... and check out this excerpt from a chat with customer service... who the F talks to people like this?

Wow i was reading all these comments while talking to Rose on the customer service site lol and its what i am dealing with now and have been for almost 3 days. My bf ordered 20k of gold form a sight he thought it was a diff one but it turned out to be this one and i got like all of you the run around over and over. Eventually i got tired of it and harrassed them just to irritate them like me. The phone number they give is out of service they ignore emails and yahoo messenger is never on. After 3 days they didint even have half of my gold saying i was put on top of the list and that was 10 hrs ago. I made a dispute and they wrote me asking if i would close it so they could give me the gold they now had and to log in so i didi and they didnit have any of it after almost three days so now i have to call pay pal when they open and explain to them what happened. This site sucks so bad whish i knew before i went to them..

This service is awful. My first experience with them was excellent. I got my gold within 3 hours more or less, in one amount. My second experience was piss poor. It took over 1 day and a half, and that was with constant e-mail and live chat (both of which are a joke).
However, I decided to go with them one final time, too see which of my previous two experiences was more representative of the service, and that was a mistake on my end :( They were just as awful the 3rd time, if not worse. Over 2 days and counting.

They do not hold up to what they promise. It took over three days to get all of my gold and only because I kept contacting them. Their service is horrible, they keep you on hold and never get back to you and then when you ask for any sort of information about their promise and guarantee they say they can't help with that only their boss can. When I asked for the contact information for him, they said they would call. After that they quit responding to anything I asked or sent. It is a major waste of time and money and I recommend that no one ever use their site. I only wish I would have found the complaints about their site before I used them!

This website is a joke they promise to process your order between 15 min and 12 hours but if your order is not receive within 3 hours they will double your amount. Well i tried them and found them lacking! After 12 hours i still had not received full order only part of it and i used their live chat ( which is a joke) they don't respond have of the time a 3 days later i still have not received all that they promised. Ive tried contacting them via their live chat and they won't even respond. They are a joke i highly HIGHLY recommend that you avoid them like the plague. Now im gonna contact my credit card company and see about canceling that purchase :) ive given them ample opportunities to resolve this even tried their 24/7 telephone no (that they don't answer) o well their loss. Im gonna spend the better part of the next week reporting them so i hope they get what they deserve.

I don't think anyone deserves to go through the torture that this site puts their customers through. I was promised a 3-15 minute delivery time by a very unresponsive representative who could barely type simple English. Immediately after placing my order, the system had apparently 'maintenanced'(wtf) and it would take 6 hours to deliver my gold. After constantly opening up live chats asking for a refund for my order, I received my gold 14 hours later. The best thing to do if you happen to place your order before reading the site's terrible reviews is to try to get a refund.

This site is absolute garbage. Worst site ever.

Bought 200M Mesos for $10 USD in windia

Before I bought my mesos, the live chat (mary) said there was 5 bill in windia and that it will be ready when I buy it. I told her that i'd buy it tomorrow and she sort of raged at me by saying 'OH MY GOD"

The next day I decided to buy it, then i talked, and I thought they blocked me, cause they wouldn't respond etc.

Then around noon, they respond but they made like all this bullcrap saying there out of stock and it'll be ready in 4 hours and they will call me. Well its been 4 hours, no phone calls. There 24/7 phone number never works.

The Customer Service was the worst part, they ask for your order ID, and once you give it to them, They never reply back to you. You ask for a refund and they won't reply to you.

So stay away from this site! Never Buy! Service is bad, People are bad, The website is a LIE!
