I ordered 10,000 gold. After 12 hours, I contacted them again and asked when they would deliver. They told me to log on. I did. They gave me 8,400 in gold. I was told I would get the rest in 4 to 6 hours. 8 hours later I contacted them... no answer. The live chat lady can and will respond when she likes. All you type they can see. I ended up filing a paypal dispute and they still haven't delivered after two days the rest of my gold. I have escalated it to a clam now... for $5.00, lol. They are a dishonorable company and I'm surprised that paypal allows them to do business using them. The phone number works but they don't always answer. They lie and have you login and then they don't show. Don't buy from them and last of all don't trust them. They are a truly terrible company.

This website is horrible. Absolutely horrible. The customer service is bad, the "24/7" phone does not get answered no matter what time of day, and I have been waiting for over three days now for an order of 7000 gold. I don't even know if they will ever give it to me. Many of the customer service responses are automated, and as far as I know, they do not hold up their promise on the double compensation. They will not give you your gold if you give them the opportunity. Do not give them that opportunity by bugging the hell out of them.

Well after reading some of the reveiws i should have check these guys out first, however this to is my thrid (and final) time. On october 26 i purchase gold instantly received 1/3 of the order and since then i am getting the run around. Its november 17, almost a month and im getting not replys to emails phone calls i opened an aim account just to try that nothing im seriously PISSED. I wish there was something i could do to get my money back. DONT EVER USE THIS SITE for those smart ppl that research thing before they to them

Wow. This has got to be one of the worst sites for purchasing. The live chat was full of system messages sayin the same stuff over and over. I made a purchase. Went to check the status or the order and was told that in order to complete the transaction, i had to send a pic of my identification card and/or credit card! Seriously it kinda through me off at first but they were serious.
Of course i said $%#@ no! It was said to me that the pics were needed in order to confirm my identity which they didnt know in the first place. So after hours of getting the run around i asked for a refund and am currently waiting. DONT USE Maxgamegold.com. You have been warned.

I currently have a paypal dispute with them, as 25 hours later they did not deliver the 10k gold in world of warcraft they promised. Once I entered the dispute, after ignoring me for 4 hours, they call me within 5 minutes asking me to remove the dispute. I told them I would remove the dispute once they delivered the promised gold, and they refused to give it to me saying I have to remove the dispute first. If you close a paypal dispute, you CAN NOT reopen it, and lose all protection to your money. Interesting that the only other time I disputed something, the company made it good wihtout asking about the claim status, while this one was VERY concerned about taking my protection away from me before they supposedly would deliver the gold. Obviously a scam site. In there terms of use agreement, they say that they can not be held responsible for any viruses or malware infected on your computer by visiting their site and or recieveing emails from them.

I just recently had the misfortune of ordering gold through this website. They have terrible customer service. Claim to have X amount of gold on your server and it is supposedly delivered 15m-12h with a promise of double compensation if it takes more then 3 hours. Here I am 52 hours after ordering. To get what I ordered (not double, not anything extra) I had to open a PayPal Dispute case. NEVER and I mean NEVER use this website.

Think about it. I went out of my way to register for a review website to COMPLAIN that the service is THAT bad. Trust me when I say, this is not worth the hassle.

This website is a complete scam site. They fraudulently advertise about the quantity of good that they have available to purchase and the time that it takes to receive your goods once they are purchased. This company's guarantee is absolutely worthless and a bold face lie. I made a purchase with them and never received my goods. I tried several times to resolve the issue with the seller and all they did was continueously lie to me and blow me off. I was forced to open a ticket with Pay Pal after waiting 2 days for delivery. Once I open the dispute with Pay Pal the company tried to bribe me with the offer of partial delivery of my goods if I closed the ticket with Pay Pal. LMAO If not for Pay Pal this would have been a total loss for me. Thanks Pay Pal and as far as IGS International is concerned. #%!* off you scamming B1tche$.

Nobody should ever use this site. I went on there live chat, asked them how long it would take to get 15k gold, they said were in stock now i will have it withing 30 min of order, so i ordered (cost me 40 bucks usd) and it has now been 2 days and i have not gotte 1 gold. I call the 24/7 phone chat and no one ever answers. I open the live chat they say how can i help u then just ingnore me. They promise: Delayed delivery will get compensation promise. When i ask them about it she said she will tell her boss. Another fake promise is: No Limitation Refund Policy, i asked for a refund, she said i will tell my boss, i asked if i could talk to her boss and she said he dose not speek english. Huge waste of 40 bucks gl to u all don't use this scam.

I tried to purchase ******* gold for the shandris website on Dec 11 2010. I paid through PayPal and the money was transfered to their account: $ 197.00. I was contacted by them asking for a copy of my drivers license to confirm my identity. I told them i would not send it but gave my name and state as confirmation of the transaction. I was constantly badgered to give the license and this worried me so I opened a PayPal dispute case. They then allowed me to just confirm the e - mail and after they called me told me the gold broker would contact me in game with when he / she would be there. I waited for an hour and got no reply so i went back to live chat site where i was told that it would be tomorrow to get the gold. I told them that that was not the agreement that made me close the dispute claim with PayPal.(I did not know that once closed it is hard to reopen case with PayPal) They then told me refund will come tomorrow then when i told them i will reopen the dispute they told me 5 days! DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I FEEL THEY NEVER HAD ANY INTENTION TO DELIVER THE GOLD. MAKES ME WONDER WHAT WILL HAPPEN NOW THAT I EXPOSED MYSELF TO THESE PEOPLE.
