I had made an order for my moms iPhone 6s battery and the order was placed on 28 may 2021 and as we all know the second wave of corona hit us really bad and my mom she is a teacher, so has to do a lot of online classes, so it's almost a month and still the product is not yet delivered. I tried to reach out the customer service number but no one is responding, has anyone tried to write a review in their website, just go there and try they have disabled that feature. I really don't know what to do please help to get my money back from this scammers.

I ordered 3 product 1 manths ago not at all delivered. Ofter I cancelled my order and request to refund my amount to original payment method still 15 Day ago no refund

My rating is zero but infact -1. These people are fraud, and doing fraud business. Sooner their firm will be denounce malfunction. I request to everybody whoever can read my message not to purchase any spare parts from them. They will send you a defect item and then they will not replace it.

I placed the order and by mistake I pulled a wrong shipping address. I have been trying to contact customer support from two days now, but I'm unable to connect.

There is no one to contact once you place the order. No after sales service whatsoever. Borderline scam website. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. When you call on the customer care number it shows busy all the time. When you try filling their query/complaint form on their website, it says we are busy due to pandemic and don't have time to listen to customers. Pathetic garbage website. I hope the owner goes bankrupt for looting people. As a result, I'm stuck with something i don't want and have no means to return it. Waste of time, money and energy. Use their service only if you are interested in making your life more stressful than what it already is.

1. They have listed a product that is not in stocks, after receiving the order they are just going to markets and brought that product and made a resell.
2. The customer support is most bad as they are, a customer calls the customer support via call, and the result is just waiting for 2 hours and later disconnect the call from the call centre.
3. An order has created on date 1st day of the month, and after 2 weeks there is no update regarding the order. And if you are trying to contact customer support team, then read the 2nd point.

Hi order for motorola g5s plus display replacement and front camera and paid online also. Order details is Order #******* (09/06/2021, 02:13 PM) still now no updates or there are not calling or pickup over call. It is fack company. I will put consumer case on them and make video on them. They are cheating customers. Pls don't buy in this web site.

Had given first order but Haven delivered yet after 20 days also customer support doesn't pick any call and not updated dashboard. Very bed service

I ordered Samsung Battery on 30 May, Almost 10 Days passed and i dont where is my shipment, this is my order number *******,

It is fake company, they are frod, do not waste your money. They will show your products available but once you purchase they show message " delayed, not available etc.", their support center, call center never works. Maxbhi and elcotech are same, It's totally frod.

It seems like big frod company, i ordered on 15th May 2021, money deducted after that no mail, no message and now they are giving excuse of pandamic which is over in delhi. I lost my 2k, worst company, worst service, don't buy anything ever!

I have order one time a product payment got some but they haven't received itseems! When I called to My upi payment vendor they said it's been paid to Maxbhi! Again I paid 848 they got the order it's approved because of COVID it's getting delay I would like to cancel the order but there is no option to cancel the order! No use of this website don't ever order with them! No refund Policy also is there if there mistake also

Order ID #*******. Its been several days I am writing to Maxbhi on there support but they are not cared about there customer. Flipkart amazon seems to be best online store when it comes to cancel/return. Kindly cancel the order its almost a month, I would like to purchase display from local market as you people are still not processing the order and since we are working from home I need a mobile phone. Kindly refund my money. You cant expect a person to stay without a mobile for a month. Do understand and cancel the order and refund my money. I hope there is no problem is refunding my money as the product is still not shipped and it wont be shipped for next two weeks.

Qualities of the Product is Good quality & it's packaging is also too good. Shipment of the items is also speedy.
