Since I got the message that my order is out for delivery, waited for the whole day and at the evening got a message that "item could not been delivered" with the number of the delivery boy. I have trying to talk to the delivery boy since last three days but he is not picking the phone. Even searching for the customer support number but it's not available in web. Let us see what is happening in the coming days..

Very poor customer support. Order will be taken saying that delivery will be given within 2 days of placing the order. The goods will not be delivered even weeks after the party order is placed. Beware the cheating company.

I purchased 5 items and wanted to cancel an item, I sent email / raise request to cancel that one item before sending my order. And I get call from customer care that they did not looked at my request to cancel one item and I have to live with that item which is available to other websites for less price
I did order for a touch screen and they told me that I would get that within 5 days and then when I saw my status after 5 days I still found that on processing and they said it would take still 5 more says when I spoke to the customer care guys and later when I checked my order status after 10 days it shows that my order is cancelled. Those Fkn b""" never bothered to call me or even drop me an email or msg about the order that was cancelled by them and I have paid RS. 1680 through my debit card and it's 11.15 pm and they are closed now.
It is good website and find correct product. Delevery speed is good, product quality also good. But rate was costly in comparison with local market other things is ok no extra charge like delivery etc
When I have bought a touch screen for my micromax canvas a250 with cheap price from maxbhi.com, I got surprised the product is delivered to me in just 2 days only and its packaging that was very much effective from the safety point of view because the product is packed with in box & that is covered with bubble wrap and covered with a quality polythene bag. This thing satisfied me that my product is shipped safely. About its delivery product is shipped in only 2 days that was my first-time experience when I have received this product in only a few days...

Don't buy any product from this site if you are buying to install any product for your step in customer. Product with manufacturing defect are not replaced from this site even after 15days. Poor team effort for satisfying customer who received product with manufacturing defect.
Great website which has each and every part required for a dieng phone.
So far i have purchased 3 touch panels for differenct phones and one battery. Everything works great... it is the first place i look for spare parts when ever required.
I ordered for Phicomm mobile touchscreen digitizer. They cancelled my order after one week. Its being two weeks and I have not yet received the amount. In site they have given as wait for 30 working days and raise a complaint after that. This is nonsense. Usually it could take up to 7 working days to reflect in bank account if they really process the refund immediately after cancellation. Waiting for 30 WORKING days doesn't make any sense, as we may even forget after so many days. May be that is the intent of this site so that if user do not raise any concern after 30 working days they may not return the amount at all..

When u place an order, it shows available on stock. When order is placed, after 2 days it gets cancelled. They don't refund money back and instead put it back in their ewallet instead of refunding money back. Worst site ever for ordering products
I ordered sony touch pad from Maxbhi.com. Product quality is undoubted very good. There were some issues with bluedart who delivered the product late but product wwas nicely packed and shipped promptly by the Maxbhi.com
