I purchased a tablet screen of dell venue 7, They sent me the wrong one and at last denied to replace by creating a fault of my order, I am attaching a screen shot, As i ordered exactly same screen from the order page but they sent me the wrong one...

Dirty product is issued. No replacement. No refund. This is a fraud company. The service is very poor. 1600 was lost

Maxbi.com is not refunding money or not accepting any message. Their is no E-mail ID so that intention of customer can be placed. They are trying to make fool in the name COVID19 to the Senior Citizen since 15/07/2021. I have paid my heard earn money from my Bank Account against order no ******* and *******.
Please refund Rs 359/ and Rs 917/ to my Bank Account from where I have paid money without any question.

Ordered for the first time and fir two items: I received a used product and for the other 2 items missing from the product, not able to reach CSR was on hold for quite sometime also failed to leave a feedback on their site as they review the customer feedback and retain which ever favor their business,

Ordered 2 products from maxbhi.com. Item returned to maxbhi.com due to No Service Area. And They are not providing refund

Now I realize maxbhi.com is a scam.

They supply fake and defective products and don't accept any complaints and block all means of communication just because of covid-19 lockdown.

I can give 1 Star because there is no option for -100. Worst experience in my life. These type companies are a shame for all online platform

Do not buy stuff from www.maxbhi.com. I ordered the simple mobile part, I casually checked in the local market, the cost three times more on www.maxbhi.com. I tried to contact customer care, but they don't have any cancellation policy in any case. Always stick to Flipkart or Amazon for online orders.

It's a local shop run in Delhi with an online presence. Maybe run by A Father's engineer son. They have subquality products totally fake product listings and worst customer support. They can send you anything and then ask you to pay for return and then also send another cheap piece.

We have such weak consumer laws in India. With hundreds of reviews from cheated customers on platforms like YouTube, quota, Google, Facebook, etc. A company can just pump into marketing and continue to fraud others. There is much market to cover and befraud that it does not matter.

Beware of this online shopping. I ordered & paid a LCD with the touchscreen display for honor 9i(white) on 11th June 2021 at 7:23 am. I didnt get any further updates from this yet. It's nearly more than one month. I also ordered a Glue adhesive gum for honor 9i on that day (11th June 2021). It was successfully delivered on 24th june 2021, 1:05 pm. I cancelled the order on 11th July 2021 at 7:31 pm (honor 9i lcd touch screen ₹1599). I didnt get my money back till now.

Unable to contact them after placing my order and no reason showed for delay in order. They does not even have any contact number no mail id. No proper ethical way of contacting them.

If you try to contact through their website the website shows due to pandemic there is limited suport service available but I have tried contacting them for hours and day by day.no response received from their site. I have placed an order of more than ₹4000. But has no idea what is happening with my order.

I requested for a M31 screen as my phone screen was broken. The company sent a faulty screen. Firstly, I tried to reach out to customer care. It was no response for more than 10 days due to COvid. Then came to know the products are not at all. Oroginal they are duplicate products. Secondly, they clearly told they can't replace. It's waste of money. Don't ever try to purchase from this website. Utter cheaters.

Those who are reading my review, please don't buy products from this website. They won't take any responsibility if you receive products dead on arrival or the product was broken. They will never refund you the money or they will send you any replacement parts. If you are a new customer then they will send you working parts for the first two orders you will make and then if the product cost is more then rs. 1000 they will definitely send you a broken product and won't take return.

Don't buy any product from this site if you are buying to install any product for your step in customer. Product with manufacturing defect are not replaced from this site even after 15days. Poor team effort for satisfying customer who received product with manufacturing defect.

I purchased Samsung Display from Maxbhi, display not matched and i send to bank to maxbhi, 1 month gone but display not send to me or payment not refund me. So anyone dont get any product from maxbhi

I ordered Charging PCB Complete Flex for Asus Zenfone 3 Laser on 11th jun 2021 (order ID: *******), They delivered product on 18th jun 2021. I was so happy with their services till then. Sadly, product they sent isn't compatible with my device so I asked them for replacement for the product by putting replacement request on their site on 21.06.2021 now it's 28.06.2021 and product was valid (in warranty) till 27. 06. 21 still didn't got a single call from them. They are just online scammers and looting peeps around. So think twice before you order stuff from them.
