I was nervous at first not being able to see and feel the extensions but I was impressed and excited when I got them. Feels soft and silky, in love with the color and doesn't have too much of the shine where it starts to look like synthetic. I'm so happy good quality for the price you pay for! Wore it to work and got so many compliments! Will be buying more extensions from here! So much more cute colors to choose from!

This company claims they sell real human hair its not its fake. They can't even bother to sew the hair onto their weft properly in 2 weeks 50 grams of my hair was gone just from touching my hair. Also had grey hairs in it and green liquid coming out. They offered a refund if I sent the hair back but tried to put shipping on me. When in fact their hair was the problem. The photo below is just from brushing my hair once. Don't buy from them they are a scam.

This company ripped me off! Firstly they sent me faulty extensions with a black line through them. Then they replaced them with the wrong colour. Both times suggesting to me to dye them myself to fix their fault! I had to pay for shipping from Australia to China both times to return the items. Then they short changed my refund by $52.50! Claiming it was for shipping fee, handling fee and re-stocking fee. (I paid for the shipping myself at $18 each time!), Do not buy hair extensions from this company. Poor quality and the worst customer service.

Dont buy hair in this site its not human, iam very sad that this people play with your money! Its look like but after 2 months you will see. Look the picture.
I use extensions for over 12 years. They know so dont have paypal because they are crooks.

As many others have stated, this company refuses to provide an actual return address making it impossible to return items and get refunded! To call them scammers is being way too nice. I tried sending it back to the return address noted on the shipping label only for the return to be stuck as undeliverable. I don't want the hair because it won't work on my hair! Do not order from this company!

My sister ordered extensions from this place that were of terrible quality so she wanted to return them. She tried emailing them multiple times but they intentionally would not give her the return mailing address and would keep trying to get her to keep the product instead for a ridiculous small voucher. She has not been able to get a refund. Do not buy from this company.

Please do not buy these extensions they are poor quality, the colour is deceptive. I ordered their #33 which is a brown with highlights... they sent me Red extensions. Then they wanted me to pay shipping to send them back and shipping for resending correct colour. They are not even worth the first lot of hair extensions. I ordered extensions from Eden hair after that. They were good.

I purchased a 9 clip-in 26' hair extensions and when I received my product. They were cheaply made, looked nothing like the pictures and the hair was falling out of the clips. When I emailed my photos I got an email asking if I can just use them and not return and they would give me a 5% off coupon as if I'm ever going to purchase from the horrible company again. On top of that I've called, sent emails and left voicemails to get a refund and they refuse to give me a return address and refund.

Don’t use this product it say real human hair or remy hair. It looks like costume hair.

Payment was confirmed in the 18th paid extra shipping 21.95was not picked up from china march 23,…. I ordered this hair on March 18 I pay for the extra shipping which will allow to be here in 2 to 3 business days I just got an alert that they just picked it up from China today on the 23rd and I would not get it until the 28th I don't know how the hair is because I haven't received it but I will never order from this company again so be careful about paying for extra shipping charges

Very deceiving 2-5 business days but if you want it earlier you can pay extra shipping I’ll pay 2195 to have it in 2 to 3 business days I just got a message saying I won’t receive it until March 28 that’s not to three business days that’s over a week

Awfull customer service! Refuse to send return address repeatedly in the hope you will give up on getting your money back! Rediculous! 3 months asking for return address and recieving replys asking me to maybe take 10% compensation instead? Or am i still sure i want to return items! Will never buy again!

I finally received my order & boy was I shocked! First thing, I didn't order straight hair! The hair was so short! My hair is way longer! I must say I've been ripped off! I wish I would have found these reviews before I ordered! Please stay away from this company! I know I will never see a refund!

They advised when I ordered that if it is the wrong colour I can return it. Well what a SCAM! They will not give me a return address and after a long transcript with them they made me take photos and kept making it harder. They then advised that Covid was a problem with the mail (come on) and then advised I would have to pay restocking fees, handing fees and freight. DONT USE THEM. THE HAIR IS BAD QUALITY ANYWAY AND HAD TO ODER FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY/

They wouldn't give me back my money for the terrible thin extensions. It was $130 and I kept emailing them and they wouldn't do anything but give me a $10 voucher for unused hair. Terrible extensions, should call the better business bureau on them.

This company is out of China and they do not accept returns unless you ship back to China which is an act of god. Talking to them back and forth to try to get an RMA number is impossible. There are probably about 20 exchanges between me and them and they still cannot resolve the issue.
Did not have a usable China address nor a RMA number from them. On the package it stated, I could return the item to a California address, but they said it is not usable even though it says on there Return to this ADDRESS. Now I'm out $80 and the color that they said was an ash brown is more of a blonde so the extensions are useless. Do not buy from them! You will be out your money and a lot of time.

After reading others reviews it looks like they have quite the reputation of stuffing up orders. They sent me straight hair when I had ordered curly. Firstly they tried to talk me out of the refund ‘ try curling it yourself ‘ they said and are now trying to charge me the shipping costs if I want to send it back, never apologised, blasé in emails highly unprofessional and DOES NOT CARE ABOUT STUFFING UP YOUR ORDER. And won't answer emails with a return address. Will never buy from these people again

If I could leave no stars I would all of the good reviews on this page are clearly not real.
So I don't know where to start first off I ordered two packs of hair extensions and paid £17 odd for rush shipping (supposed to be delivered within 2/3 days) so 7 days later I receive a parcel of one pack of hair extensions and a note saying ‘pls don't worry your other package is on the way' 2 weeks later I still do not have that package after chasing them daily they neither know where this package is however I haven't been refunded for this missing package so anyway then the day of my hair appointment arrives and I only have one pack which isn't enough so had to go and buy two packs from the shop I have emailed them over 10 times asking for return information for me to send the item back and get a refund at least 7 of my emails have been ignored and the ones they did reply to had no information on how to send them back they just kept saying our hair is AAA grade please try to use it how can I when they sent me half my order also no way is this hair AAA grade it feels thin and horrible I also ordered 22inch so would love to know how they are shorter than the 20inch ones I brought from the shop? Do not use this company you will be very disappointed and have absolutely no joy with customer service

I am getting the run-around from this company tryin to get my money back for UNUSED and UNOPENED hair extensions. Before I purchased them, I did a chat with one of their representatives on which hair to purchase for an event. They were delivered and we immediately knew they would not match her hair for her upcoming event. They keep emailing me, after making myself perfectly clear, that the event has come and gone and we are not going to dye them. I keep asking them where to send them back to so that I can get my money back but they just keep suggesting me to dye them for a future event. The reason for return is that before I even ordered these extensions, I did a live "chat" asking for a recommendation of the closest color to my daughter's Medium Ash Brown hair, and this is the color that the chat agent suggested. Upon delivery, we did not even need to open the hair extension packet because we knew immediately that these extensions are not even close to her hair. These extensions were needed for an event that is taking place tomorrow.

Please advise as soon as possible as to what is needed to return this order for a refund to my checking account.

One of the best tape in hair extention that I had try, the quality is the best it's long lasting, very good price, I tried before from other company but I could use just 1 to 2 month but this one I used 4-5 times and still good, happy to bought frome markethair

I ordered pkgs from Market Hair Extensions March 16/24. Tracking is either not available or very difficult to make heads or tails of if you can pull it up. My order was coming from India ( Remy) to Canada. Tracking ( only twice would it work in 13 days...stated on March 26/24 that it had arrived in Canada. Was being processed at customs. Today March 29th it's still processing at customs. But then going to be shipped to China. Chatting with a live representative...any questions I had were answered with ( your order should arrive soon, or I'll have a supervisor sent you an email with a tracking link...when neither were helpful solutions nor answers. I feel it could possibly be the scenario of them just buying more time for the myriad of reasons we are all familiar with or have heard of. My second concern that I think other purchases would want to know. Is the amount of bags I ordered took DAYS through chat to be confirmed. As well they had the WRONG color of hair, the WRONG length. And the WRONG amount of bags ( the latter initially. But yes confirmed correctly on the third day of online chat). Third concern is customer service. The toll free number merely puts you to voicemail. Prompting you to leave a message. But I have never recieved a call back. Not one email. I have been asked to give them more time. When your running a business. Clients do not want to give more time than the agreed upon shipping date provided. Give it take a few days. Qouted shipping time was 7-10 days. Tmrw will be day 15. When asked about their refund policy specifics. I have recieved blank air, blank space, blank responses. Nothing. Will keep you updated as to how this is resolved.

It's very difficult to have my questions answered without the representative placating and avoiding all questions.

I ordered "BLONDE" extensions and after 2 MONTHS received "BROWN" extensions. I contacted them by email, since no phone number is available. They are in China, so the each time you email, you have to wait at least one day for a response. They told me I had to send the hair back to China in order to get a refund. They lied and told me they would reimburse me for the $28 shipping cost. Once they received the hair, they DEDUCTED a 15% fee and did NOT reimburse for my shipping cost. In conclusion, I ordered hair, got NOTHING and was ripped off $68. They made the error and I ended up paying for it!:-(
