Please do not buy these extensions they are poor quality, the colour is deceptive. I ordered their #33 which is a brown with highlights... they sent me Red extensions. Then they wanted me to pay shipping to send them back and shipping for resending correct colour. They are not even worth the first lot of hair extensions. I ordered extensions from Eden hair after that. They were good.

Answer to above . We need to pay return shipping and shipping for exchange to be sent back ... which is more than the extensions . This is their way to sell deceptive products and deter ppl for getting refunds/exchange . Hair extensions
