So I ordered hair extensions 3 times from this company. They were good quality, especially for the price. Cheapest I could find and they have great promos. Beautiful hair. I will order again. The only thing I was disappointed in was that they said they would give me $30 back which of course never happened. If a certain price comes up, and I pay for it, do not bait and switch the price! I knew I would never see that $, and of course I did not! That was a negative for sure, but hopefully they will feel bad and credit me. Otherwise, lovely hair extensions!
Better than the $300 extensions I bought elsewhere!

I have had my extension installed by hair stylist for years. Due to COVID 19 I was on my own. I ordered some from amazon and was very disappointed. I did a bit of research and figured I would give it another try online. I ordered the 24 inch Micro loop blonde highlight ones, since they are easier to install myself and the long length leaves the ends thicker since there is more to cut off. I have very thin and fine hair so I really need thick individual strands since I can't install to many. The. 07 per strand were okay. Thought I got the 1 gram, but with only 40 installed the volume is good so far.
I am very disappointed in how bright the rings that get clipped tight are! They are supposed to blend so they don't get noticed when hair blows in the wind or you go swimming. That is the biggest reason I have been using this kind of extension over any other. Need to show close ups pictures of those!

To begin with, extensions are shipped from China which I did not expect given. Ca web address. I thought I was buying from a Canadian company since i am in Canada. The extensions took a month arrive- at which point all the events I needed them for has passed. Once I did receive them, the color did not match my hair. When I asked for a refund, they stopped responding to my emails. Since writing a bad review, they did offer me a refund, but did not take accountability implying I am the one who did not respond to them. It's really bad customer service

It was my first time ordering from markethairextension. I order june 8 2020 we are august 4 didn't get my order. I wrote another comment on another website. They answer sorry for the delay because of covid but they didn't solved my problem. They ask to order with express shipping. But still i paid for the hair i didn't get and no refund. I send e mails, chat with them on the wesite, they told me they will send the hair but i have no confirmation. The firts and last time i order from. No costumer service at all.

I have been purchasing extensions from you guys over the last couple of years and have tried other extensions in this time also. For the price of your extensions they are really good quality, I found others I have purchased from other companies for roughly the same price have been of very poor quality. I am always receiving compliments on my hair and people are often surprised when I tell them I have hair extensions because they look so natural. I will defiantly continue to purchase my extensions from your company and recommend them to friends :)

I am having the worst experience with Market Hair.

The customer service advisor keeps telling me I need to be patient and to wait for the order that I paid express shipping for.

I called DHL their courier and they told me that they haven't yet picked up my package from China yet. Considering they advertise that their warehouses are in Australia -this made me even more angry.

I am half bald from bleach breakage and all I wanted was to look nice for my Christmas party.

I can say now I will be too embarrassed to go looking like this.

Market Hair extensions has ruined my Christmas this year.

Do not buy. They steal your money. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Save your money and go elsewhere. Look for previous reviews I have submitted, along with other negative reviews. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.
