I placed an order, received an email saying it's ship in 1-2 business days and it has actually been 5. The representative just basically told me I can't cancel, And I just have to wait! Even after telling her it's a Christmas gift. They don't care! I'll never order from them again.
Although the year is ending and there will be new products, I did not wrote the review on one of the most beautiful, to my own mind, product by Marc Jacobs - Extravagance Palette. I had a choice to get this palette or another one with grey shadow, but I decided to choose this one. By the way, it is surprising to me that the palette is not very popular, since the far as i know the brand has a lot of fans.
So do not hesitate just try this palette and stay beautiful.
I made a purchase for a handbag and wallet to match Feb. 5,2021. It's now Feb. 18,2021. Yet I still have not receive my items or a refund. I've called 4 different time and the agents been railroading me. I feel like I got scam willingly. No one could solve or help me customer services sucks horrible. I never thought I would experience suck poor service from them. Macy's is better and the service they will resolve. Marc Jacob got my money and I can't do anything about it. I ask for express delivery the agent told me they don't touch the order so where's my refund. I'm so upset they how they stay in business stealing customers money.
I have 4 days trying tu buy a bag of $175.00 and it's still not possible. I've been trying 3 cards. I called customer care and the solution they gave me it's to wait 3 to 5 business days because I blocked myself and if it keeps giving me an error, so I'm not able to buy in the website... what kind of service is that?
Hey! I have already known this brand for too long. Here I want to share with you my opinion concerning the new release of Marc Jacobs limited edition CHristmas collection called Very Meery Cherry.
The collection includes: eye-conic palette with several finishes, mascara, highlighter, creamy lipstick and lip pencil, but these products you can buy in single, but as for me it is much more convenient to buy set, which is quite cheaper, judging the fct of the price of single product.
Definitely recommend, moreover there are sales due to the holidays, so do not waste time and try this good limited set.
Satisfied with quality of my product; however, I don't want the bag because it doesn't serve the purpose I bought it for. Consumers can change their mind without abusing a company. For this store; there are no refunds if you buy in the boutique stores. You can only exchange for store credit which sucks if you like nothing else in the store. You have 30 days. If there is no full service boutique store in your area, which there is only one in the entire state of FL, you have to mail the bag back and they will issue you a credit only. That could take weeks from what I've read. I don't like stores like this and this explains why you see so many of his bags for resale on selling sites. If I would buy another MJ bag, I would purchase from major retailers with a fair return policy instead. There is no incentive to buy directly from them. Oh, you have to pay to ship back on top of that.
I ordered two purses at the same time and only received one. I called to find out why I only received one. I was told it happens sometimes and was assured that the second one would be delivered before Christmas. I called today because I still haven't received a the purse nor confirmation email and was told it was cancelled. Three days before Christmas. I didn't receive any notification. I'm pissed tf off. I wish I would've read the reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned, I'll never ever purchase a product from Marc Jacobs again. Now I have to find a last minute gift.
I just placed a order and in less that 4 hours I wanted to cancel the items and I was told I couldn't because it was being processed! I don't have a confirmation saying that the order is processed! I will never order anything from marc jacobs! You should be able to change your mind! Then when I contact customer service they give you the run around! I know that my order hasn't been shipped in less than 24 hours
I returned a handbag, the color did not work. I've been waiting for a REFUND for over a month and I'm still waiting. I don't advise anyone to order with Marc Jacobs customer service is very very bad and you wait FOREVER for your purchase!
