For this store; there are no refunds if you buy in the boutique stores. You can only exchange for store credit which sucks if you like nothing else in the store. You have 30 days. If there is no full service boutique store in your area, which there is only one in the entire state of FL, you have to mail the bag back and they will issue you a credit only. That could take weeks from what I've read. I don't like stores like this and this explains why you see so many of his bags for resale on selling sites. If I would buy another MJ bag, I would purchase from major retailers with a fair return policy instead. There is no incentive to buy directly from them. Oh, you have to pay to ship back on top of that.
