Buying a Russian domain name is a little more troublesome now, and you need to submit some information, but it can be solved within a week! Due to the time difference, email exchanges are a little slow, and I hope there will be more ways to communicate.

I'm trying to reach my website only by typing it's name without www prefix but the system fail and all the help desk people say they can't do anything as this is how the system works... Really?!?
If you guys can't solve this issue without having specific IP for A record it's a shame and I will ask my money back as Google does not provide static IP for sites in Google.sites

Marcaria is one of the few places where you can search for and buy just about any domain on the market. Also, Soon to be released TLD's and similar. It's been a great find and I have used them for years.

Our company has been using them for nearly eight years now and their support and service have both gone downhill. Recently contacted them to transfer a domain and prefaced the message with our PIN number. The response I received asked for the PIN number. They already have the PIN number. We already confirmed it. Each support request takes days to resolve, but other domain registrars are quick. I don't understand it.

The on line transaction was smooth, from selecting my domain to checkout. Contacted customer support a day later with and issue and it was resolved within 24 hours. All in all it was and still is a good experience.

They clearly explained the 2FA process and how to set it up on your account and device in order to make your account more secure. They also explained what to do before you upgrade or change the devices you use for your OTP application. That simple suggestion could save me days and my business. This is why I think they are a good choice.

Absolutely NO customer support. Anything wrong with your domain, email, DNS or anything they blame a third party and say they cannot assist. Would NEVER recommend this.
